The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms (possibility of making double or single beds depending on the needs of the customer), a bathroom, large living room and kitchen equipped for cooking. TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. The Casa di Alice is located in the central area for visiting Valdorcia and Montalcino with its cellars in Brunello. All renovated and very bright, it can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Entirely covered by Wifi, it has two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a relaxing living room with LED TV, armchairs, wood-burning fireplace for cold winter evenings. Heated to clean energy and restored with eco-friendly materials.
