Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

We stayed here for roughly 3 weeks. Absolutely loved it beautiful old historical home. kitchen was awesome. Everything was comfortable. We definitely stay here again.

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy a weekend with friends while we attended an outdoor concert at Wayne County Fairgrounds. This definitely hit the mark! Four adults and dog were very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, great kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out, and comfortable house overall. Even saw two deer and a fox in the backyard one night! Highly recommend because Kenneth was more than accommodating.

The Villa and its host, Nicki, were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is set in the middle of a beautiful wine grape vineyard with mountain views -- very memorable. The inside is beautifully decorated with luxury amenities throughout. Nicki was incredibly proactive in her communication and extended our stay to ensure that we were able to maximize our enjoyment. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing stays we've ever experienced. I highly recommend the Villa and Nicki to anyone, thank you!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

The Hub by itself is a magical home where anyone can find joy and relax. However, the Hub is run by two competent, understanding, wonderful people dedicated to making a space anyone can enjoy. Bethany and Brandon are considerate and extremely accommodating. The Hub is the place to be!

We were looking for a break from city life, and Sheila’s place was exactly what we needed. Her home is beautiful—thoughtfully equipped, spotless, and filled with light. The spacious deck offers a stunning view, and we loved starting our mornings there watching the sunrise. Strolling the property was peaceful and grounding, and the chickens added a delightful charm—the rooster was my personal favorite. If you're seeking a calm, bucolic retreat with privacy and a kind, responsive host, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this home. Very beautiful and quiet area. Had a nice little stream by the side of the house and there was a nice grassy yard. The host was very helpful and the response time was great. The home is nice and cozy inside and was very clean. It was around a 10-15 minute drive to get to places to eat but it wasn’t hard to get there at all.

It was a home away from home. Great view, pleasant peaceful location, far exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to visiting family again for another opportunity to stay at Lynn’s place.

I got there later than I wanted too but it was still easy to find in the dark. The parking area is tight for a big truck like mine but the place is beyond cool. It felt like a movie scene. All the furniture was extremely cozy and clean. I cant say enough about this place other than its worth your money. Had I known it was gna be so cool and unique I would have stayed longer, Even on a 90 degree evening the house was naturally cool with no fan or AC. My Dog was even Amazed. id definitely stay again. The provided Maxwell coffee was definitely a plus.

Very beautiful and peaceful, exactly as described. My partner and I went to Niagara Falls (1.5 hours further, but a lovely drive) and Letchworth, both were beautiful. The house is spacious and has everything you could need for a staycation upstate.

Perfect location to stage a wedding at Letchworth State Park. Spacious and comfortable with lots of room for out of town guests.

My family was looking to spend two nights exploring the area in and around Letchworth State Park, and Isaac’s place was perfect! They had everything we needed - an amazing games barn that kept our kids very engaged, a nice quiet spot to spend the evening, and close enough to both ends of the park that we could get to the swimming pool or the waterfalls pretty easily. The home was thoroughly cleaned and spotless. Rules were simple and clear. Communication was swift and very helpful. We really appreciated all of the recommendations we were given for local activities and food - they were spot on! There are so many thoughtful touches - fish food to feed the pond fish, a kitchen that had all the basics (and more), and even a basket with everything we needed for s’mores around the fire pit. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit the area!

Denise our host was absolutely warm and accommodating.. she went out of her way to drop off an extra heater when the place got colder (upstate NY in Oct). I’d happily recommend this to everyone! The kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t have to go anywhere to find Cuttery and dishes

We had a lovely and peaceful stay. Caroline was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The front porch was absolutely lovely to sit and enjoy coffee, and you can’t beat the surroundings. The house was perfectly clean and we had plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows.

The house was beautifully clean, well-maintained, and located in a lovely, beautiful neighborhood. It's extremely kid-friendly, making it perfect for families. Pamela is a fantastic host—she paid attention to every little detail, which made the place feel just like home. Highly recommended!

What can I say? The Hilltop Chalet was beautiful! It was private, clean and had everything you could dream of. David and Karen had the best tips and we very responsive. So close to Canandaigua and Naples. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our few days away at the cabin after our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better local place to relax! We were able to enjoy kayaking, fishing, and listening to the sounds of nature all day. Will be recommending to friends and family!

We absolutely loved everything about this place! Taina was very responsive when it came to questions and the home was absolutely adorable! We enjoyed strolling the back property and sitting at the fire pit. The state of the inside of the home is amazing and the use of the washer and dryer was very accommodating. She has a vacuum on the entryway which was very helpful because we don't like leaving things a mess. The queen bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate, especially the shower! If you're going to stay please ask her for restaurant recommendations because we were not disappointed! We both hope to stay here in the future 🖤

Beautiful home in a very secluded, peaceful setting. The house was very cozy indoors and out. Had a great weekend with family. We all enjoyed our stay. Easy check in instruction, Caroline is a very responsive host. We walked into a very clean, welcoming home with fresh cut flowers on the kitchen counter! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Bradley's historic home on Silver Lake is a gem! It is a beautifully restored home, filled with delightful decor that is attuned to its unique locale. The porches look out over the water on one side and a playground on the other--a wonderful next door amenity for our preschooler. It is a quick walk to pizza, ice cream, and mini golf (and if we could stay up after 9pm, the drive in movies). We were 5 minutes away from a new bookstore and Silver Lake Brewing Project, both in downtown Perry. It was clean, convenient, and generally a very smooth stay. Brad was a responsive and proactive host, present on messenger but not overly involved. A great balance. Thanks for your hospitality, Brad!
