Will work for 1 to 5 guests. Depending on how cozy you like it. We have a basement apartment with a Private Entrance! BR with 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed plus TV. LR with pull out full size sofa sleeper ( twin day bed available) and 50 inch TV … foosball, darts, pool table and dining table. Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach and Sanctuary Woods Park. We have two adult bikes! Just ask to use them!

Mother in law suite

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Patty's place was easy to find, clean and bright, and had a comfortable bed! The plug-in outlets near the bed was easy to reach and we loved the aesthetic of this quiet Airbnb. Zeeland was a convenient place to stay for outings to Holland, Grand Haven, and Grand Rapids. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

The little cottage was even better than the pictures. This cottage is well over 100 yrs old which is obvious with slanting floors, doors etc. The beauty of this place is how lovingly it has been restored without compromising its original form. Comfy, cozy, cheery, very clean and crisp…we couldn’t stop noticing all of the whimsical touches, like the use of a child’s artwork capturing their experiences at the cottage as part of the decor. The couch and chairs were very comfortable with plenty of reading lights. The kitchen was perfect for quick and simple prep. The beds and linen were wonderful with extra blankets plentiful. Our private deck had a perfect view of the sunset over the lake each night and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep every night. George checked in with us to make sure that we were comfortable and had what we needed. Driving into town was a quick 10 minutes. We highly recommend The Southerner for beautifully prepared and plentiful southern food! Thank you George

We loved our stay at Dave and Angie's place! It was perfectly clean and had a lovely little kitchenette that was cozy, but had all the essentials we needed to make breakfast in the morning. We hit both waves of weather and the loft cooled down quickly when it was hot outside, and warmed up nicely when the temps dropped. They also had wonderful recommendations and information about the surrounding communities as we visited both Holland and Saugatuck. All in all it was a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean and so comfortable! We slept so well in the comfortable beds! And the couch was big and comfortable! There were so many nice touches, such as really nice accent pillows, lots of toilet paper and paper towels, and snacks in the kitchen. It was convenient to the downtown and all the fun things to do in Holland! And it was conveniently located to check out so many of the Great Lake Michigan beaches/parks!! We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Thank you Austin for making it such a great stay and being so easy to communicate with you!

Home was very clean and comfortable. Doesn't have a full kitchen, but it does have a mini fridge and microwave. Only thing missing was a washer and dryer. Beautiful area. Very responsive and kind. We left something behind and they notified us immediately so we could get it back. Definitely recommend

The house was perfect for our family of seven adults and two children (ages four and two). We had everything we needed to make it our home for the time we were there. While the location of the house was secluded and quiet, we felt safe. And, we never had to drive far to get to the areas we wanted to visit. Rachel was very responsive and pleasant with all communication I had with her. If we visit the area again, we would stay at that same house.
