Walk into a livingroom & kitchenette, down a hallway to a bathroom & then a full size bedroom. LR/ Kitchen has-cable TV, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven & a snack basket! The bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock". Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.
