The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Zomerhuis ‘Het Hoeverhuisje’ staat in Egmond aan den Hoef, een dorpje tussen duin en zee vanwaar u zowel natuur als cultuur kunt opzoeken. Het knusse, gerenoveerde zomerhuis staat achter de woning van de eigenaar. Het heeft een eigen ingang en een kleine buitenplaats met tuinzitje. De keuken, woon- en badkamer zijn beneden, de slaapkamer met kledingkast is boven. Wat ook erg fijn is; in Egmond aan den Hoef is vrij parkeren en u vindt er altijd een parkeerplaats voor uw auto...!
