A former priory, the farmhouse has been recently renovated and is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Ideal place to relax, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.

A small outdoor area in our garden is reserved for you. It has good accessibility to public transport (tram - 3 minutes' walk) , the city center (10 minutes' walk), the sea (by car 15 minutes), and all shops.
