Mas Alegot es un antiguo pajar del año 1903, recuperado como vivienda con un criterio arquitectónico moderno y, al mismo tiempo, con respeto a su contexto histórico, conservando los elementos de la construcción. El interior de la casa respira confort contemporáneo y generosidad, calidez y buen gusto. La casa está bien orientada con vistas a su gran jardín y al impresionante paisaje: los campos, la montaña del Montgrí con su castillo y los bosques de chopos. El jardín de unos 1000 m2 ofrece muchos espacios para pasar momentos de relax: una agradable piscina, terrazas, pérgolas, barbacoa, un pequeño huerto ecológico, una gran extensión de césped y plantas autóctonas. Situado en uno de los parajes mas interesantes de la zona del Empordà, con sus puebles medievales como Peratallada, Palau Sator, Pals o Ullastret, la casa está en el extremo de un bonito pequeño y tranquilo pueblo rural, rodeado de campos de manzanos, girasoles y maíz, con vistas al campo. Al mismo tiempo, se encuentra a menos de 10 min de las bonitas playas, calas y pueblos de pescadores de la Costa Brava cerca de Pals y Begur. La zona es perfecta para vacaciones familiares por sus múltiples posibles actividades, tanto como bicicleta, excursiones a pie, práctica de deportes náuticos, diversidad de campos de Golf, actividades y visitas culturales y su rica oferta gastronómica. También es interesante una visita en la ciudad mas próxima (– con su aeropuerto -), Girona, preciosa con su catedral y su barrio judio y rica en su vida comercial.Planta Baja: cocina (horno, lavavajillas, nevera, congelador), lavadero (lavadora, secadora, plancha...), salón-comedor (chimenea, equipo de música), aseo (WC, lavabo)1ª. Planta: habitación suite (cama doble, armario) con baño integrado (ducha, bañera, lavabo, WC), habitación doble (cama doble, armario) con atillo superior con una cama individual, habitación-estudio (TV, DVD, sofá-cama individual, chimenea), baño (bañera-ducha, lavabo, WC). Hay WiFi. Exterior: terraza 1 con pérgola, terraza 2 con pérgola (barbacoa), piscina privada 5 x 6, parking, muebles exterior, silla de niños, cuna. Toda la casa, el jardín y la piscina están a disposición del huésped. Se encuentra en un terreno privado, no se comparte con otros vecinos. Nosotros, Carles y Constanze, estamos siempre atentos y pendientes si el huésped nos necesita. Nos puede llamar o enviar un mensaje con cualquier pregunta, duda, problema. Para su llegada, solemos darle la bienvenida personalmente, adaptándonos lo máximo posible a su horario (en temporadas altas a partir de las 13h del mediodía cuando hay una salida de otro huésped por la mañana), enseñamos y explicamos la casa, damos las llaves y le dejamos al huésped una guía de casa incluyendo recomendaciones actualizados de restaurantes, actividades, compras etc. La casa se encuentra en Fontclara, un pueblo de piedra encantador en el corazón del Baix Empordà. Regala a sus visitantes paisajes campestres preciosos, pueblos medievales de piedra y un mar turquesa de playas únicas. Se recomienda el coche como medio de transporte para moverse con agilidad. Hay un autobús que comunica el pueblo con otros más grandes, pero 1 o dos veces al día. La zona es plana, lo que hace fácil moverse en bicicleta. Los gastos de electricidad y agua están incluidos en el precio, pero el uso de la calefacción es un coste adicional de acuerdo al consumo.

La Premsa de Cal Carulla. A house with history.

Old building where there was the wine press, restored in a fully equipped house. It has a living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen with all utensils including dishwasher and smart tv. There are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two with whirlpool shower and another with a bathtub. In two of the bedrooms there is a double bed and the remaining two single beds. Outside there is private BBQ and garden furniture.

The house has four rooms of different sizes decorated in different styles, each with a full bathroom, bedding, towels, a closet, TV, and an outside view; an open dining room, living room, and kitchen equipped with furniture and kitchenware; and a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. The entire house has Wi-Fi included in the price. We have extra beds and baby accessories (crib, high chair, bathtub) at no extra cost.

La Cabañita de Llívia, Cerdanya, Puigcerdá

Entire apartment, renovated in June 2019, very nice and cozy, consisting of two floors. Main floor with living-dining room, smart TV, Wify, fireplace and balcony, open kitchen, two bedrooms ( one double and one with two single bunk beds and a balcony exit to the balcony), plus a full sink. On the second floor, a converted old barn, you'll have a double bed with a " velux" window from where you can see the stars at night. A gem!!
