IL BORGO - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

Enjoy the panoramic view over Lake Como in this modern 2-bedroom apartment. It comes with a large outdoor space, luxurious kitchen and bathroom, as well as big windows in all directions. It is only 5-10min by foot to the lake, supermarkets and restaurants. This place is the perfect sanctuary for four guests to relax, whether it is outside in one of the four garden areas or inside on the sofa with wifi and a large TV.

The place, popular with nature lovers, peace seekers and hiking enthusiasts, is located at about 650 m altitude and can be reached in about 15 minutes from the lake shore.
