Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

Davide's place is very nice and matches the photos and descriptions. It is very generous and spacious as well as tastefully decorated. Parking on the premises is also a plus. The location is perfect, so you can be at the beautiful beach and good restaurants in a few minutes. Ceriva is also very nice. You can visit many interesting cities and Davide is very nice and helpful. We would come back.

Mariella and Marco are kind, welcoming and discreet at the same time. The house is in front of the beach, on the waterfront, but the greenery that separates it from the road makes it quiet. The garden with various plants and flowers is very well maintained and enjoyable, as is the pool. Small but ideal apartment for a couple, tastefully furnished. It's wonderful to be able to eat on the terrace, from which you can see the sea.

A really nice place, we were able to enjoy our stay very much. The house is quietly located in the countryside and has a great garden that you can enjoy both day and night. We were able to have a lot of fun in the pool and at the same time did not have to worry so much about our child, as the pool edge is nice and high and could not climb or fall alone. The house is tastefully designed and very spacious. It's only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are also many other places to go nearby. Fabio, the manager, and also the owners themselves were very friendly and immediately on hand when we needed help. Thanks! :-)

I stayed at the property for work. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I would receive a free upgrade and was assigned a room with a sea view. Everything was perfect.

Ideal location, a few steps from the sea and close to all services. The villa is spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The pool is fantastic, with a large and well-equipped sunbathing area. Marta was very kind and always ready to meet our every need. We will definitely be back! 5/5⭐️

Fantastic experience! Susy and Stafano were very welcoming and helpful from the first contact. We found the house very clean and equipped with all the comforts. Clean and fragrant towels and linen, congratulations! The location of the apartment is central, close to the canal, shops and restaurants within walking distance. House is in a good location. 25-35 minutes' walk away from the beaches. Nicoletta was always available and helped. Only the water pressure in the upper bathroom was not enough. We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Giulia's idyllic house. Everything necessary was on site and as described. We personally did not like the walking distance very much, but a few kilometers further there were more beautiful beaches. Overall, we enjoyed it and we will definitely come back one day.

Well organised and speedy answers. Small supermarket at 200m, beach at 700m and lots of restaurants within 700m. We had to cancel the last day and Pierluigi reacted as hoped.

The accommodation is as described, directly at the arco di augusto and therefore very close to the city, about 5 minutes. There are many bars and restaurants. You could reach everything on foot very quickly. The parco alcide cervi is also right outside the front door. That was perfect for our dog. Following the park, you could reach the beach and the promenade. It was about a 20-minute walk to the beach. The accommodation was very nice and clean, there was everything you needed. The terrace was fenced (perfect for a dog). A pharmacy, restaurants and shopping are within a maximum of 5 minutes away. The hosts were very friendly, courteous and easily accessible. We had a very nice stay and would come back anytime. Thanks :)

A beautiful apartment very clean and cozy. Located in the central area Behind the municipal theater and very close to the canal port. Friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended!
