Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm personality went far beyond anything we expected. She supported us even with things completely unrelated to the rental – we truly felt cared for and welcomed. This apartment was in a great condition, very modern and lovely for us to stay 1 week with our cat. Location is great, in a residential area, and has a couple of restaurants, gym and supermarket in the same block. Also, the metro station was at 5 minutes by foot. Tatia was super helpful, and very fast to respond whenever we needed help. Overall, would recommend this place to stay for a couple of days in Tibilisi!

Our stay was amazing! Check in was super easy and smooth, Lasha was very friendly, always responsive and accommodating. We felt right like at home! The location is very nice too, pretty close to the centre, there are some cute food places and stores close by. We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect and right what we were looking for during our one week stay in Tbilisi!

Awesome apartment with an awesome host! My parents stayed in this apartment, and they say it's the best rent apartment they've ever been to. Everything is tidy and clean, all amenities are in place, the apartment is very cozy, bright and warm, and it's quiet at night. The view from the balcony is terrific. Tea is very responsive and hospitable. The building is conveniently located close to the city center, railway and metro stations, and there is a trading center nearby too. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely come back. Thank you Tea!

Wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Everything was nice, it was easy to get into the house. Khati was helpful with everything. The only problem was that there was constant wind in the house on windy days. However, it is an apartment where you can stay with peace of mind.

I really enjoyed my stay! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. Nino was incredibly responsive and always ready to help with anything I needed. The neighborhood is great – quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. Also, there’s a cool cat living in the yard – definitely a bonus!

If you’re tired of the hustle and bustle of the city but don’t want to leave Tbilisi — this is the place for you. A very cozy house with a beautiful garden. The house has everything you might need, even a swing and a hammock in the yard. It feels less like a rental and more like visiting close friends. Nunu is a responsive and caring host. We loved everything! We’d gladly come back again! P.S. The photos of the house don’t do it justice — it’s much better in real life!

I had a fantastic stay at this house in Georgia! The room was absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition – just like the photos, if not better. Everything I needed was provided, and it made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The space was neat, clean, and well-maintained, which really added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay in Georgia. Would love to come back again!

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!
