Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Caucasus Mountains

Gia really knows what we need. He picked us up from the bus station. with his home made wine which is so nice. a nice garden with roses and strawberry. We went to Vadzia with Gia and he contacted a taxi driver for us to Turkey. I highly recommend Gia to everybody.

Very nice apartment in the center of Kutaisi. The location was very central and you could walk everywhere. It was a bit noisy in the evening but it was in the city center. The communication was very good. Mariam is proactive and helped us with our needs immediately! She got us a parking permit and we were able to store our luggage for longer. We can highly recommend this accommodation and Mariam and look forward to staying there again in a few days. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

Mustafa is the most wonderful host. He made us feel at home, cooked for us and tended to all our needs. The place was absolutely stunning and the views breathtaking even though it was rainy and misty. The best thing to do is bring your food supplies with you and cook so you’re self sufficient. That way you don’t need to drive on country roads and can just walk in the area. Follow the river upstream! We had an amazing few days and will be back for longer next time!

Shorena’s place was just amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and had lots of amenities. The location had an amazing view of the village and mountains. I also appreciate Shorena giving me a ride to the bus station in the early morning!

We enjoyed our stay here, was easy to reach the park and also some cafes and restaurants nearby just walking. The apartment has a cute garden between the kitchen/bathroom and the sleeping room which is super nice to relax. I would recommend bringing some kind of sleeping mask though if you’re a light sleeper as it can get quite bright in the mornings ☀️ Would stay in Ana’s apartment again for sure!

I had a fantastic stay, thanks to this truly perfect flat and an all-around wonderful experience. The apartment had everything I needed, and the hosts were just as thoughtful and helpful. It was often a tough decision whether to stay in and enjoy the cozy space or head out and explore! The location is excellent—set in a lively neighborhood, close to a beautiful park, and within walking distance of many main attractions.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Apartment. Die Lage war hervorragend um alles was Tiflis zu bieten hat zu Fuß zu entdecken. Trotzdem war es eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir gebraucht. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach und freundlich.

Stayed for a few days on holiday with mother. We had a fantastic time and felt like at home. The apartment is quiet, safe, spacious, well equipped. The bed is very comfortable too - not firm at all. The balcony is also a great bonus. The area around is busy but not noisy. Lots of restaurants and small businesses. Linda was very helpful and responsive. Güvenli bir bölge, tüm gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde, 5 dak yürüme mesafesinde büyük bir süpermarket mevcut, restaurantlara çok yakın. Tam anlamıyla güzel bir tatil geçirmenizi sağlayan tüm imkanlar bir arada diyebilirim. Tiflis’i tekrar ziyaret edersem kesinlikle yine tercih edeceğim. Ev sahibine teşekkürler.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

Everything was perfectly clean and well-kept, with all the amenities we needed. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The view from the bedroom was stunning — we even got to watch a beautiful thunderstorm through the window, like a free show from nature. Would absolutely stay again!

One of the best Airbnb's I've been in! Totally worth it!

This was my first trip to Tbilisi, and Vano was extremely helpful with his info on checking in. The place was perfect for what I wanted. Great view and was in a perfect part of town. Vano was always responsive if I had a question. Checking out was a breeze as well. In short visiting Georgia was one my greatest life experiences and I’d truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool place to stay during your time.

I've been to a lot airbnb's but this was definitely the best airbnb experience ever. The space is even better than in the pictures , very clean and you will find everything you need in it. Tamta is very assisting to help with everything which makes you feel very safe. During my stay there was a lot of rain, I felt very cozy at home watching Netflix with a wine from the couch!

Lovely place with easy accessibility to all the needful place and close to centre. Teona is great host. Easily best place to stay in tbilisi.

One of the amazing Airbnb I’ve ever stayed! Located 6 minutes away from the central and 15 minutes away from the old town! They gave the full package experience and amenities airbnb like the hotel room, and the host easy to contact! You gonna love with the view and balcony and additionally they have private terrace , try to go up in the night, you will experience the amazing city view ever!

Лали хорошая женщина, все объяснила до мелочей. Есть парковка под домом у нее под оенами машину поставить можно. Так же каартира чистая, единственное что кухня , там не приготовишь ничего особо и если вы не взяли с собой шлепки то вы замерзните и намочите ноги в ванной. Но мы только ночевали в квартире цена положение и прочее 10/10, рекомендую

Mziko’s place is beautiful and she was very helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. She sent us very clear instructions with pictures which made the check in process seamless. Further, the place is right next to a fabulous restaurant too. Waking up and having our first cup of coffee in the terrace overlooking the cobbled street felt like something out of a dream. Highly recommend this place!
