Everything was fine

Very nice staff, very good location, the room is cozy, has everything you need for your stay, mountain view ❤️ We met very warmly in the evening, helped with suitcases. A big plus — it was possible with a cat, left only the deposit, which is refunded at checkout. One morning we didn't have time for breakfast, we went down for tea, and they just gave us some more cookies, pies. Experiences are very good. Recommended.

The price is good in performance

Otar is a great and caring host. The apartment is nice and cozy and located right on the slope. There is a ski rent right in front of the hotel.

We arrived in Batumi by train and stayed for one night. We instantly loved to room on the 4th floor, which was very well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a view of the main skyline of Batumi and the Piazza close by. It had a really nice atmosphere, though the proximity to the Piazza was a bit noisy too (if you want to sleep early, bring earplugs - but why are you in Batumi then ;) )

Very good place the owner is very nice and always available, the apartment is very nice and clean .the only thing is that when there is not a lot of snow you can’t ski in to the apartments because it’s all rocks and mud.

The hotel has a beautiful view. I stayed for two nights in apartment 201 on the first floor. It consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with one bathroom, and a balcony overlooking Lake Uzungol and the breakfast area. The room is clean, and the bed is a little small. There is a small bed for children. Hot water and internet are available. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I thank them very much. (Arkoud, Ali, Omar) Note: Unfortunately, there are no tools available in the kitchen.

Good apartment and location

A wonderful, fantastic experience, visiting the wonderful, ancient and majestic country of Armenia. The most comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city Yerevan, close to everything and very quiet and peaceful at night. Wonderful bed, very comfortable bathroom and modern and designed very well, wonderful host who is very attentive and very caring and kind.

Room as described and in a good location for a good price. Bathroom looked a bit worn, but nothing major and for the price it was still a 5-star experience. Location is not in the most touristy part of Tbilisi but rather my favorite neighborhood of Vera. I definitely recommend staying here

Great neighbourhood. Property is better than what is described in the airbnb. Reza is polite and the great host. The guy at the front desk is kinda cocky-funny type which not everyone might appreciate. But still, even he is quite helpful. Overall, definitely a place worth paying every penny for! The only people who should avoid this place are those scared of dogs, there are a good number of them in the neighbourhood. As long as they’re not homeless, there’s no danger. But not sure about the homeless ones. I personally loved my stay here!

Nino was a wonderful host. She took great care of us and was always approachable. She can also arrange airport transfers and excursions. The bookable breakfast was great - typically Georgian. And the location couldn't be more central. A clear recommendation if you are in Kutaisi.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The views of the Black Sea from the apartment were amazing. I needed reliable WiFi to be able to work online for a few days and I can confirm that the internet connection was very good. There was also private parking. The host was very helpful and responsive. It is advisable to have a car if you want to reach the apartment as it is on a slope, but it is very easy to find even if you arrive by taxi. There are restaurants and shops just a few minutes drive away and the airport is only 7 minutes drive away. We will definitely book again next time we visit Trabzon.

It was comfortable in a very spacious private room The large bed was clean, there was a private shower and toilet in the private room, and the refrigerator was conveniently located in the private room and in the shared kitchen The 1st floor is a car wash, and there is a little noise when you open the window, but the walls and windows have high soundproofing, so it is quiet when you close the windows. Dark hours etc need to be a bit careful as you have to walk down the driveway on the way to get to the city

Tina was so helpful and a good host. The room is in the center. It was easy to travel anywhere from there.

Great place to stay. Beautiful view of the sea and the runway. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. But it was very difficult to find the location. The listing was incorrectly indicated because of what lost time on the search. The host is friendly , kind, helpful. The place itself is very clean and comfortable with a balcony . It was a little noisy from the takeoffs of the planes , but the kids were very interested. At night, at what time exactly did I stop flying planes and it was already quiet. A kitchen corner, a gas stove, a refrigerator, everything is thought out . I highly recommend this place!
