Family-friendly holiday rentals in Caucasus

It was a great family home with all the amenities described and Rza was a great responsive host. I had great 5 days at his place. Comfortable living. It was also quite peaceful at nights. The neighbourhood is great, very close to all the areas. It took us 10-15 mins to any touristy spot. 👍 Thanks for having us!

Had a royal stay here. Very spacious, clean property with all amenities like TV,AC, washing machine, press, almirah, huge kitches with utensils. Shop behind the apartments has everything one may need on regular basis. Teymur was always just a call away. Responded to all the queries. Super appropriate choice for a family of 4-6 individuals. However most nearby people don't understand English. Have a good translation app before u reach there.

Maya is an amazing host, she always responds immediately and her attitude is full of warmth, with a lot of desire to help in everything. Maya made an effort to make my check in earlier than it's supposed to be, and I appreciate it very much. The sweet apartment completely surprised me, it is tastefully furnished and equipped. You will not lack anything there. The apartment is located a short distance from the center and entertainment areas of the Old Tbilisi. You will enjoy peace and quiet and yet, you will be within a short walk of Freedom Square and more. I'm not sure Maya would want me to tell, but she supported me beyond imagination when I was in need. Thank you dear Maya!

The location was great as described, newly remodeled and clean. Could use a pot at least to boil eggs.

The location is good, centrally located. Communication with Laven is very good. Quick and effective. The place is just what he described. He has 2 aircon/heater, one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Other rooms has no heater. Big balcony with view of city. During my stay, I was having a problem about the car park in the back yard. It seemed that all spaces occupied by his Neighbours. Anyway, there is public street parking in front of the apartment with 1 GEL / hour.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lika’s place! She is very nice, friendly, and helpful. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This home is lovely. We hope to go back with friends as the hang-out spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are large and beautiful. There are several wineries, with restaurants, in walking distance. The kitchen is also huge and has everything needed for home cooking. The yard and vineyards are expansive, with beautiful views of the mountains. We really can't wait to stay here again.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We really enjoyed the space! Great location: a market with fresh produce, many supermarkets and restaurants! To the old town by taxi, but the taxi is very cheap and we moved everywhere by taxi!!! Great accommodation!!!

The place is ideally located within walking distance to the nearby park, shops, and restaurants. It also has everything you could possibly think of; from wine glasses, all the way to sliders. The host was also quite helpful and provided recommendations.

They checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt less like staying at a rental and more like being hosted by thoughtful friends who truly care about their guests’ experience. The Place: The apartment was beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. The view was an absolute highlight—right in front of the Peace Bridge—and waking up to that iconic sight every day was magical. The interiors were cozy and well-equipped, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. Location: You can’t beat the location! Everything from historical landmarks to cafes, restaurants.

Nice cozy apartment on 2nd floor, with one double bed and one sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen, with all necessary things. Very near to city centre and many restaurants and groceries nearby. Clean bathroom.

This is not the first time I have stayed in this studio. Beautiful view, so even in bad weather you won't miss the sea :) Sunsets show too! Near the house there is all important transport, you can easily go to the airport, Sapri, Gonio, Botanical Garden for 30 tetri (0.3 GEL). Electric heater, water goes immediately hot, the pressure is always good. In cold season, there is enough air conditioning and a heater for heating. There is a small electric clothes dryer – convenient in a humid climate. Cleanliness at check-in is always perfect, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Ara’s apartment . Beautiful clean, modern apartment with all you need. Excellent central location. The street is quiet, so you can get a goodnight sleep. Hot water is available at all times. Although we didn’t use the pool, but it was a great addition to the apartment. I will definitely recommend to stay at Ara’s apartment.

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

High speed internet, good for videoconferencing, hot shower, comfortable beds, warm in winter, quiet location, lots of supermarkets around, 10 to 15 minutes walk to the sea, very good value for money.
