The house is quite nice. Big , many rooms and space for big families or group of friends . master bedroom is nice , loved it. The terrace and views totally worth it - you can see the whole city. Especially at night. A bit cleaning would have been nice , little dusty. But pretty much we were satisfied. Thank you, Give!

I loved my stay at Mkrtich's place. My room was cozy and clean. If you're into longer stays in Yerevan, I’d totally suggest this place. A 24/7 store is right next to the building, and in less than a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach Yerevan City Supermarket, where you can find all you need. Mkrtich is a very friendly and kind man. He’s also quite knowledgeable—I’d suggest picking his mind on Armenian history and many other interesting topics. You’ll definitely enjoy talking with him, and if you love history, like I do, your stay will be even more enjoyable. Mkrtich hosted a family gathering and kindly invited me to dinner, letting me share a table with his closest family. They were so warm and welcoming that I truly felt at home. Another guest, a Russian guy named Peter, is really nice, and I enjoyed our conversations a lot. I could write much more, but there’s a character limit. I cannot recommend this place and its vibe enough! You'll definitely make lovely memories here!

super nice people and super nice place

The apartment is super clean and as shown on the pictures. It's a quite big place and everything you'll need is there. Also, the apartment is behind their house, so you have your full intimacy. You'll feel just like at home. They really helped me during my stay in Batumi. Their hospitality is really great! I definitely recommend!

Excellent home, hospitable hosts Armaz and Nino and all their big Family! The goal was to live in a real Georgian house with history and garden, upon arrival we received it, the family house of Armaz, the garden and the "house in the village" :) Every day we saw Armaz at his house in Batumi, walked around Batumi, look at the sights and at the sea with the sons of Armaz: Henri, Lashay and Toko, in the evenings we often stayed until late at night for joint dinners (our friends lived at the guest house of Armaz). We were invited to a tour of Adjara for kebabs and wine to the country house of Aunt Mary and Uncle Nadim, I saw for the first time how the hazelnut grows:) Even together we had time to go to the football match "Dynamo" (Batumi). We lived almost as a FAMILY FOR A month. If you need to be immersed in a real Georgian environment, then you need to choose a house near Armaz. Thanks to this trip, we loved Georgia forever and intend to return here next summer!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Tbilisi. The house is situated in a wonderful location, offering both comfort and convenience. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with its incredible view—perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, though one of the rooms lacked a window, which was the only minor issue we encountered. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The neighborhood is excellent, and the location is strategic for exploring Tbilisi. Our host, Olga, was incredibly precise and welcoming, ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Olga!

Hayk was a great host. I had rent his house for a month from the 30:th - 30:th But he let me checkin at 29:th at 23:00. He also had his good friend giving me a Ride from the airport and showing me around the city. The house was also good But a bit warm at the second floor. I told Hayk about this and the next day he installed 2 new aircons. So only positive to say about Hayk. The house was also good. Like 10-15 minutes walk to the republic square and 5 minutes away from restaurants, gyms etc

Natalie’s place is beautifully kept, modern and minimalistic house. She was very responsive too. Wish we could do another day at her house, but unfortunately had another booking in a different city. MUST stay at her house!

spacious apartment that is very comfy, cozy and really well thought out. my 2 favourite things were the bed and the full automatic espresso mashine. Anno is very warm and welcoming. she was so kind as to allow me a very early check in at 8am. the location is actually great too, its 15min walk to the historical center but very quite. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in recent years and is great value for money. wifi is very stable and fast. the tv is even bigger than in the pics.

Great big house! 3 bedrooms. Living room! Three toilets. Comfortable kitchen with everything you need. A good location. Nearby is a salted lake and a big supermarket. And you can get to the sea by bus for a penny.

we booked this place online and hop it will be good and clean, actually it was great and spotless, quiet neighborhood, lovely family who treat us like their own, we order BBQ from them and it was so delicious, beautiful house and gorgeous backyard, nice kitchen with big table to eat and not to mess the house, we rent a van for our family and it fit easy to their covered parking, driving to city center was about 15-20 minutes depend on traffic and taxi to city center is about $3 to there, for us having more quiet area was more important than be on the center, you can get the apps for rideshare there and they will be there in just couple minutes usually around 5-10 minutes so no problem, also if you want to walk to center is abut 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you can walk, very friendly family and not only I will go back there also definitely will recommend this place to all my friends and family to go and enjoy the vacation and not to worry about the place. Yana was a great host and the place was incredible! It’s very close from the airport and only 10 minutes from most sites. Yana and her assistant were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and tidy. I definitely recommend.

The place was great for our 8 days family reunion stay. There are everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to cook and a great barbecue in the garden. Lusine & Hasmik replied to our messages very quickly and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend to our friends to stay here and will be back when we are back in Armenia. Taxi fare to Yerevan is £8 and would take 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to Garni Temple and Symphony of stones which are two popular historical sites to visit.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, there is a quiet environment with an amazing view of the surroundings. The house is in very good condition, nicely furnished, clean everywhere. The garden is nice, the wood is ready, we grilled twice. The owners are very nice and friendly, they respond promptly to any question or when solving a problem. Overall great accommodation, we recommend it!
