Family-friendly holiday rentals in Causse-et-Diège

We had a great stay in this very nice house, located in the middle of nature—very calm and peaceful. The check-in was easy with a concierge system from the owner (they also manage other houses in the area). The house is big and comfortable, with a large kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The decoration is like a small museum, full of beautiful objects from local shops and galleries, mixed with modern comfort. Beds are large and very comfortable. Everything is provided: bed linen, towels, and even bathrobes. The amenities are excellent: hot tub with jets, outdoor jacuzzi, heated pool, and gas barbecue. The owners answered very quickly when we had questions.

Great stay! The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equipped, exactly as described. Very well located, with several nice cities nearby for visits.

We were greeted by Lucille , who spoke perfect English and Monsieur . We were shown all about the house, how to operate the jacuzzi and given excellent recommendations for the area. The booklet was invaluable particularly for village market days. The house is so attractively deco and so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay troubles free and relaxing. As we are from Australia we loved cooking outside on the BBQ. Being supplied with wraps for the jacuzzi was much appreciated as was the jacuzzi after climbing lots of steps visiting the castles. Our hosts all came to farewell us which was a lovely friendly touch. We thank you all for your lovely home and generous spirit of welcome. This is an excellent Perigord base and we strongly recommend it.

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay in this renovated building with great taste. A magnificent view of the lake, many activities nearby. A big thank you to Marlene for her responsiveness and advice.

If you're looking for a quiet oasis in the countryside, this is the place to be! The view is magnificent, the sunset a dream. The treehouse is comfortably furnished, in the kitchen there are the most important utensils so you can cook well at home. In the vicinity there are countless small tranquil villages, which are among the most beautiful places in France. In the preseason, some activities, such as canoeing, are usually not yet open, which did not bother us as we mainly focused on hiking and resting. Anne is a wonderful hostess - she was quickly available for questions and stopped by if necessary. Gladly again :-)

We had a great weekend with the family in Bernard and Nathalie's house. A very pleasant and friendly personalized welcome for a house where you immediately feel at home thanks to neat decoration, impeccable cleanliness, all the necessary equipment and even more in each room. Young and old enjoyed the activities on the lake and around (very nice lake 10 steps away) thanks to the equipment left available (canoe paddle bike barbecue) and beautiful moments in the evening with the foosball, games and beautiful terrace for meals with lake view. Really a gem, we will come back and we really recommend this place.

Great welcome and availability of the host (complemented by a very cuddly cat) the wooden cottage is independent of the house, tranquility assured. The location is close to many beautiful towns and villages of Aveyron, easy access. Note that the toilet is well separated from the house outside. Don't hesitate if you're passing through!

We had a great family stay in this charming cottage for the weekend of the ascension. It is an old stone forge (which keeps the freshness) with beautiful wooden doors, beautiful furniture, a superb staircase... everything has remained authentic, with a lot of taste. There were seven adults and two babies, and frankly, everything was very well thought out so that everyone felt comfortable. It has everything you need, nothing is missing. Great bedding. Communication with Eustacia was great! The small garden is lovely and peaceful, the pool was really nice, and the setting… magical. The view, the calm, the village (and this restaurant a minute's walk away, so convenient!), everything was perfect. We felt great from the start. We recommend it without a second thought!

Our stay was perfect from the moment we received such a warm welcome from Sophie and Daniel. The house is beautiful and very luxurious with everything you could think of needing and more all of the highest quality. We were travelling with our 6 month old granddaughter and everything she needed was there, even some toys placed in the cot - adorable and so kind! Daniel brought us a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit juice on our first morning which was so thoughtful. The garden is stunning with the pool being an absolute highlight and very welcome in 38 degree heat. The location is peaceful yet close to amenities and the town of Montabaun is only a short drive away. We made use of the bikes to explore the roads around the house. Outdoor living was very easy with a variety of places to sit, cook, eat and relax. We really can’t fault our stay and only wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1! We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

Frankly, I've rarely had a rental of this quality on Airbnb. My friends and I from Beziers felt at home with the hosts for 4 days. The house is spacious, very well decorated and very functional. A crazy terrace overlooking the pool and a huge garden. In short, a golden opportunity to keep between us for more availability on future reservations. And the hosts are extra people to really get to know and who give you good advice for visits and local producers It's the best Really a cottage to recommend for those who want to visit the northern region of the lot Rocamadour, Padirac, and Co

Isabelle has been the most amazing host ever! She was amazing when we arrived and continued to check up on us and offer recommendations. When we needed help with something she was always there for aid and recommendations. She also saved us when the train strike cancelled our train be getting a driver to take us to Toulouse. The house was pristine and absolutely beautiful as well as the surroundings.

We loved our month in Jamblusse, beautiful little village with a big church bell. The home has everything you need - multiple spaces to hang out, cook, dine, draw, play games etc. Our 2 year old son was in absolute heaven. Beautiful natural pool and lovely wood burner for cooler evenings. We’d highly recommend it for a break away.
