I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Lot house, restored and carefully decorated, in the heart of the Quercy Regional Natural Park. Located 10 minutes from Rocamadour and Padirac, it is the perfect place to discover the region while enjoying the calm of its location. The Lot Grangette

Carefully restored, it offers a capacity of 4 people with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with sofa bed and outside a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. During the summer (July, August), rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage is equipped with a reversible heat pump air conditioner that will meet your cooling needs in the summer.

Charming stone house in a hamlet

We offer our stone house in a hamlet just 5 km from Villefranche de Rouergue, classified as a great site of Occitania, city of art and history, its architecture and its historic center will charm you. You will be close to the most beautiful villages in France, Belcastel, Cordes, Najac. Hiking lovers can stroll through the heart of our maintained chestnut groves or on the GR 62. You will have documentation on the activities.

Maison Rossignol, heated pool & garden

Maison Rossignol is a 19th century building. Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.

Moulin-Phare Estate

Our early 18th century Mill is located in the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park in absolute calm. Here you can come to recharge and regain your well-being in a magnificent setting with its ancient buildings and small stone walls typical of the Lot. At night you can observe a particularly starry sky, the Lot being the most visually pure place in France for celestial observation.

ESTIVA: The Hobbit Loft – View / Spa / Pool

The Loft Du Hobbit is a lovely cave house that expertly integrates into a protected and idyllic landscape. Without overlook (private parking & access, no view of any dwelling, very protected setting in the woods, private spa); you will make the most of nature and the view thanks to quality privacy.

Le gîte "Le séchoir" offre une chambre, une pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte et une salle de bain pour une surface totale de 40 m2.Le gîte a été rénové en 2025 pour vous offrir le confort moderne et l'authenticité de l'ancien. Il offre une terrasse sans vis à vis et la vue sur le parc.
