We had a lovely stay at Old Spout Barn , it was easy to find and warm and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay . The views were amazing. Will definitely be coming back .

We had a lovely stay; the location is wonderful, surrounded by farmland with baby lambs overlooking the seating area! The apartment is very well specced and looked after, with a small garden house further up the hill opposite and an amazing river a short walk across the fields where we went for a swim. The photos do not do the property justice, it is a gem. Would definitely come back to use as a quiet base to explore the lakes from again.

Very comfortable stay in the country - super bed! Well equipped and good quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Very clear instructions to find the cottage, with engaging and helpful hosts. Value for money and we definitely recommend this for a peaceful, private and comfortable self catering cottage. Oh and fantastic cakes / slices available across the road at the farm stall!

A fabulous place for us to stay when attending a school event. Clear instructions and everything as described. A very comfortable bed and everything we needed. We will definitely return.
