Sliding open the door, you will discover the first bedroom, all dressed in white, a serene and calming space for a well-deserved rest. The living room invites you to relax with its spacious 160 cm sofa bed, perfect for cozy evenings with board games The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a true dream for gourmets, while the 40 m² loggia transports you to a Balinese ambiance with its bamboo furniture and lush plants. A staircase on the left leads you to a large terrace, ideal for sleeping under the stars and enjoying tranquil nights. Returning to the sliding door, another door leads you to the second floor, where you will discover a large air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size 180 cm bed, offering optimal comfort. The second bedroom, equipped with a 140 cm bed and a single bed, stands out with a mural painted by the talented Picenian artist Anastasia, adding an artistic and inspiring touch to the space.
