Holiday rentals with beach access in Cavallino-Treporti

What a great place and a perfect location for a beach holiday with a city break just half an hour away. Basically 8-10 min walk and you were at a pristine beach (pricy but a free beach available just a few hundred meters further on). Or 10 mins walk and you are at the water-bus station where you can catch several different bus routes to Venice, Murano, Burano, the airport or further. We basically spent the mornings on the beach and the afternoon in Venice visiting all the sights. Sara had left all sorts of tips and guides to help plan the days. We hired bikes and cycled around Lido and sampled the recommended restaurants. The apartment was secure, safe, very clean, minimalistic but had everything we needed. Thank you so much Sara and Mateo we will be visiting again.

It was simply enchanting in every way. We were able to spend an unforgettable time, one would certainly endure it even longer. Fantastic location right by the sea, terrace invites you to linger. Mega roof terrace. Full equipment and there is absolutely nothing missing.

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores points with a private parking space on the property — right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect an immaculately clean, tastefully decorated accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a jump away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We've all fallen in love with this place-the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive host who can always be reached. Thank you! We will be back for sure😊. We absolutely loved our stay at Jerome and Catherine’s. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the canal views in front and garden views in back. It was so wonderful to come back to this quiet neighborhood after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful, historical place with modern facilities. Most spots are within 15 minutes of walking distance. This place allows a unique venetian experience. I could watch gondolas come and go all day long.

We had an amazing stay in the place of Dobrila which has everything your need to enjoy your stay in Lido de Jesolo: bright appartement, ideally located close to the restaurants & the beach and provides free secure parking for your car. I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Perfect home to stay

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in detail. Unfortunately, there aren't many places open in Burano in the evening, so it would have been better to arrange to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a bit exposed. Highly recommended!

Mega beautiful new house in a perfect location by the sea. Very clean and has everything you need. Would come back any time.

Great AirBnB with everything you could need. Lots of thoughtful touches and extras by the host Stefania who was so welcoming and went the extra mile. We felt very comfortable with enough privacy but Stefania was always on hand straight away if we needed anything. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is lovely for dining, sunbathing and kids playing.

This landlord really deserves to be 100% the Airbnb guest favorite. Super large, clean and lovingly furnished terraced house. Everything is great!!! Only two streets to the shopping street and beach. Very quiet as it is a cul-de-sac. Thank you very much Stefania and Adelio.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Watersdoor is the perfect romantic hideaway in this beautiful city. Maria and her team could not have been more welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay in Venice so effortless and memorable. We can’t recommend Watersdoor highly enough

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

Our group of five had a fantastic stay in Venice. Pietro was very helpful with arranging water taxis for us so we were able to be dropped off right at the balcony of the Airbnb. There are great restaurants nearby and it’s easy to walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s square. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed Marta’s place. She was very considerate and accommodated our needs after a long haul flight from Australia. The flat has a real charm as it integrates modern amenities architecturally with an a very old building. Whisper quiet yet close to the action of Canneregio. Close to train station and a manageable walk to San Marco and the sights. 👍

The location was exceptional. Not to mention the condo itself. Every detail of the place was exquisite and the history and architecture were beautiful. Everything was immaculately clean and in its place. The information she has available online in the book was invaluable. I am extremely grateful for the assistance we received with the transfer, which I had trouble with, not them. They went above and beyond to help and made it happen. It was a trip of a lifetime and I would do it all over again.
