Beachfront holiday rental in Cavtat

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

We enjoyed the stay with the family, and we regretted not having booked more days, because it was cozy in the apartment, and lots of experiences within driving distance. The apartment's terrace had a magnificent view of the sea, so we enjoyed our meals. On the second day, when we got home in the evening, our dog escaped out the door without us having seen it - it had discovered a cat and ran after it, even though the cat disappeared up an outside staircase and onto the roof, suddenly our dog had landed on the roof without being able to get down again. The hostess helped to lead, and fortunately she discovered where it was, so I could get up and save it down :-) We'll be happy to come back another time.

Mlini is such a beautiful beach paradise, we felt very lucky to have a quiet spot to unwind. It was very easy to uber from this location to the airport at 5:30 AM the next day as well. Grateful to our hosts and the town of Mlini!

Spacious and peaceful stay in a lovely setting. Ivanka’s place is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and she made us feel at home right away. We really appreciated her flexibility and helpful suggestions with navigating the surrounding area. The Airbnb is a short walk to a local beach and a short bus ride away from the Old Town. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay while exploring beautiful Dubrovnik.

I had a great stay at this flat! The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The host was very responsive and went out of their way to help me find solutions to a few special requests I had. Really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at La Boheme, in a Steve McQueen themed room, with it's own deck and outdoor furniture as well as a terrace and small pool shared with other apartments. Beautiful views, and near Dubrovnik Old Town. Lots of restaurants, a bakery and a small supermarket nearby. Apartment has everything needed although could perhaps have more storage for clothes. There is no toaster but a kettle, two ring hob and fridge. We cooked breakfasts and a few evening meals with no bother. Host Kristina was very welcoming and super helpful, and always available. The apartments are also serviced every other day, which was great. We had a brilliant time and would recommend La Boheme. We loved Dubrovnik but be prepared for lots of steps! Walk the walls of Dubrovnik Old Town. Lokrum Island is worth visiting. Also, take a boat along the coast to Cavtat - it's lovely.

We were very pleased and our expectations were exceeded in many ways. Beautiful views were astonishing and the pool area was peaceful and clean as well as equiped with good sunbeds. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. By using Uber we were able to achieve what we wanted, with very reasonable price, although local buses were available too.

This house was fabulous! Exactly as described, so spacious and spotless clean. The outdoor areas and pool area was stunning. We were a group of 8 friends on holidays and there were so many rooms and spaces where we could gather together comfortably, plus enough space with the many rooms (most of which were ensuite) ro also have privacy. This hiuse is perfect for either friends groups or family as there 4 separate areas with kitchens. Diana our host also welcomed us with cake, meats & cheese and fresh coffee, a lovely kind touch after our journey. It's in a good location, 5 minute walk from a small supermarket and a local restaraunt and the 10 bus which takes you to Dubrovnik. It's about 15min walk down the hill to cavtat marina where there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaraunt and some beach clubs.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Hi. Lovely flat in a great location in the centre of town. The flat is small...but works fine. What really made it for us was the outside space for relaxing, being away from the restaurant noise and talking with Tony. Would definitely recommend it

We enjoyed a week in a summer apartment, with our own beach and a beautiful yard surrounded by flowering bushes. Very good place to stay in the warm season. I don't know what would have been a better place for us, two teenagers, two seniors and two middle-aged. Ferry connections operate to Cavtat and Dubrovnik, as well as Uber transport. We had a rental car, but during the high season finding parking spaces is challenging and therefore public transport is a recommended way to get around. The house is reached via a 300-meter walk along the beach, so the place may be a bit challenging for people with reduced mobility. Marko is a helpful and friendly host who made sure that nothing was missing and helped with the bags. The swimming pool of the adjacent hotel would also have been in use. We had enough of the sea, snorkeling and Sublauta through Marko. Strong recommendation for the destination!

This apartment is in an historic building in the centre of Cavtat, in the best position for exploring the town, a fantastic base for visiting the Dalmatian coast. Jele is a kind and generous host, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the linens lovely the beds comfortable. The balcony is huge, perfect for breakfast or pre dinner, drinks, was sorry to leave!

Nice and pleasant place 15 km from Dubrovnik away from the number of tourists...highly recommended, close to Montenegro ideal for a small excursion.

The Morning View Apartment delivers exactly what you see in the pictures. You’ll have plenty of space, and everything is tastefully and simply designed. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning, which makes your stay even more comfortable. The absolute highlight of the Airbnb is, without a doubt, the breathtaking view from the balcony. Whether it’s day or night—or during a sunset—you’re treated to an unforgettable panorama. The hosts, Perica and his wife, are incredibly kind and helpful. He’s easy to reach and always ready to assist with questions or recommendations for Dubrovnik. All in all, we would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. It’s just a short 10-minute walk downhill to Dubrovnik’s Old Town. For my wife and me, this Airbnb was a 10 out of 10.

Anita was super friendly and responsive to our communication prior to arriving. She organised airport transfers and accommodated our change in guest numbers ( we added a baby between booking and staying!) without fuss. We were greeted upon arrival (after hours) and the very lovely host helped us with bags and showed us to and around the apartment. The apartment is very new, clean and lovely to stay in. It is very centrally located for all the restaurants and the harbour. Swimming spots are many and all within walking distance. The apartment is on the 1st floor so there are a set of internal stairs to navigate when you first enter but the staircase is wide and we had no problem with our baby - we were able to leave the stroller at the bottom. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay in Marija’s apartment. The location was superb and the views from the private balcony are stunning. Additional bonus of a lower balcony area with sun beds was much appreciated. Marija,her brother and mother were so helpful and friendly. Great area and although apartment is above the street level with bars and restaurants there was no noise disruption. The apartment was light and airy with a comfy bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and air-con too. All in all a most enjoyable stay and we hope to return again in the future.

This is a wonderful place to stay In Cavtat. Comfortable apartment in a brilliant location. It is a level walk to all parts of the town and swim from rocks just round the corner from the flat. Take swimming shoes and a snorkel. The sunny balcony great for breakfast and and evening drink. Welcoming attentive hosts, Stijepo and Ana were extremely friendly and helpful. They collected and dropped us at the airport. They gave good recommendations for both Cavtat and Dubrovnik. We had a brilliant time here and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
