Holiday rentals with a patio in Cawsand

Tara was amazing couldn't do more if we needed her .Everything in the apartment was fabulous. The out side space is Everything that you see in the photos. Excellent stay and host .

Absolutely lovely studio with amazing hosts. The studio had netflix, prime, BBC iPlayer and more logged in for us to use, everything was very clean, great utilities and tips and tricks for the Airbnb including instructions on how to use coffee machine, shower etc. Unfortunately just some stomping from the yoga studio above which woke me up early in the morning but we were not there majority of time so it wasn't too big of a deal 🙂 Would recommend this studio for a little get away ❤️

Nice compact apartment, but with plenty of space for the two of us and our large retired guide dog. Very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Loved the breakfast supplies, containers of breakfast cereal, bread, spreadable and milk. But worth mentioning that there are quite a few steep steps down to the property.

We stayed here for 1 night, myself & my husband & I can honestly say it’s one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Choice of tea/coffee & milk which was brilliant to see as we had travelled a good few hours. Also love the hair dryer & hair straighteners thought it was a lovely touch 😁 we will stay here again & I would recommend it to anyone. Perfect location & such a lovely decorative place 😁

A wonderful stay at Paulines beautiful apartment! Everything you could possibly need had been thought of and provided in such a tastefully decorated way. The flapjacks on arrival were supurb! What a truly beautiful gem... This gorgeous place is simply perfection. My little family and I stayed here enroute to St Ives. We holiday a lot in West Cornwall, but have never explored South Devon. We'll be hurrying back. Our two night stay was so peaceful, opening our curtains each morning to the lush rolling green farm land. The little cottage pristine and beautifully furnished. We loved how spacious the bedroom was and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd very much recommend. Thank you for our stay Christopher 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a find! Loathed to publicise this place. Comfortably slept 4, the dressing area was a great addition for two teenagers getting ready. The shower was fabulous. Very clean, ample parking with plenty of storage and a walk away from the town centre. Hosts helpful and welcoming. if you need it book it in advance as we might move in.

Thank you I love you place to stay and would probably stay here again and be down to be our daughter Plymouth uni.

I had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Waking up to the sea view every morning was a dream. Kirsteen was a great host, friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway..

This place is a beautiful home with a nice private backyard and very modern interior. The dog from the owner came over every day which was very nice for our kids. We arrived very late but everything was great from the beginning. On the first morning we received freshly baked bread from the owner. Within 30 minutes of driving there are lots of things to do. You can experience Cornwall including beautiful beaches but also relax in the house including a nice fireplace. Absolutely recommend this place!!!

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

We had the most amazing week with our 4 boys at The Old Guard in May. We have been renting various properties in Hope Cove for many years. Wendy's property is now our absolute favourite!! Not only did we have fabulous weather but the location is just perfect for getting out on the kayaks etc The warm outdoor shower is brilliant for when you get back! The balcony is very large and a great space! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sunsets incredible. The kitchen had everything you need. They utility area with washer and dryer is very useful staying with a family. The property was really well designed & clean and comfortable to stay in. Wendy had said the parking would be tight, but we got our 2 vehicles in no problem just a bit of time to go back and forth and one is a long wheelbase Mercedes Vito! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy for all your messages and prompt replies when we had any questions.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Slipway. Great location for walking into town and the property is very comfortable and well equipped. Nice view of the river from the property and communication with Neil very easy.

Perfect place for a couple. Centrally located for whole of South Hams area. Really quiet. The host was really welcoming. Accommodation was really well presented and spotlessly clean. Super bathroom and a really comfortable bed. We’d certainly stay there again!

Had a great stay here with my partner. The location was perfect for visiting the gardens of Heligan and walking through the Luxulyan valley. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing on the computer console.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. A fabulous apartment, sensational view, spotlessly clean and some thoughtful touches on our arrival. Directions and check in arrangements were very clear and hosts followed up after to check in to make sure everything was OK. The 50 steps up to the apartment is slightly daunting, especially after a long cycle ride or coastal path walk ... but the view and immaculate furnishings more than make up for it! The added benefit of a balcony and dedicated parking space added to a perfect stay. Would recommend without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Di's place. She very kindly let us check in early as it was raining heavily and we had a toddler with us! She saved the day 🙂 The flat was perfect for what we needed - spacious and very clean. She had made the sofa bed up in the lounge too which gave us extra choices for sleeping arrangements which was helpful. The cream tea, milk, bread and wine were very welcomed and a real treat. Tavistock is a great town and we really enjoyed exploring - we walked around the market, gardens, high street and the viaduct walk. All within very close distance of the flat. There's a large Co-Op close by where we did our food shopping. All in all a really enjoyable stay, thank you Di!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated place. Complete privacy and host were thoughful and generous to have stocked everything one would need during a stay away from home. It was one of the best airbnb experience we have had so far. Thanks Pat and Lisa for being a wonderful host.

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

Sandie and Dan communicated extremely well and were even kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the normal check in time as we had an event to attend. The property was clean and tidy and instructions were clear. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Plymouth. The only issue we had was parking via the ringGo app which for some reason wouldn't work and the phone number on the sign on the street didnt work so i was unable to pay so im now expecting a fine. However this was not in anyway the fault of the hosts just something to bare in mind for future guests. I would recommend dowloading and setting up the ringGo app pre arrival. Paul was an excellent host, great communication from him both before and during my stay. The property was exactly as in the photo's, ideal for my short stay and just a short walk into Plymouth City centre and the Barbican. The property was very clean and well presented, with a great booklet providing information. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be contacting Paul for any future stays when back in Plymouth.
