Eşim ile balayına gittik villanın dizaynı dekoru güzelliği ,temizliği her şeye ulaşmanın kolaylığı mükemmeldi. Ev sahibi ilgi ve alakalıydı, dost canlısıydı. Bir daha gelinebilecek bir yer. Villada her şey mevcuttu yiyecek içeceğinizi almanız yeterli Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

5 gün boyunca vakit geçirdik herkese tavsiye edeceğimiz bir yer. evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Evde aklınıza gelebilecek herşey var. Emre bey her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kafa dinlemek için mükemmel bir yer.

This home and the host were amazing. The home has so much character. I wished I could take it with me. The host responded quickly and offered guidance on an array of our requests. I feel so lucky that we got to stay here. Clean, everything was operational, not one thing could be improved on.

Stayed there for 8 days, one of the best family holidays that I had. We were 7 people and everyone enjoyed the house, location and the views. Very peaceful and beautiful area, ideal for lazy beach holiday. It has its own beach and to be honest way better than most public beaches in the area, so you don’t have to try and spend money there. Water in the sea is super clean and average temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The pool is clean as well, very enjoyable to swim, around 28-30 degrees Celsius, my toddler son enjoyed it too. Serkan is very nice and responsive host, that answered my questions and requests within minutes. The attention to detail, books collections, dvd collections and cozy furniture made it feel like we were in our own summer house; the vibe was amazing. Would go there again sometime in future 100%.

Le logement que propose Baris est génial et parfait pour des vacances dans les montagnes en turquie. La maison est incroyable et parfaitement propre. La localisation est très intéressante car le lieu est d’un calme très agréable (montagne) qui permet de voir des paysages magnifiques. D’autre part les commodités sont très proches et les lieux touristiques également. L’hôte est de très bon conseil. En bref n’hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçu !

Fantastisk hus med nydelig beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Så hyggelig med velkomstpakke som inneholder alt man trenger første dag. Både Deborah og Onder er alltid tilgjengelig hvis man lurer på noe.. Anbefaler på det sterkeste!

Wonderful 2 weeks at Mehmet’s beautiful villa. It had everything we needed Fantastic ocean views from every balcony So much space for 7 of us Highlight was the pool area, plenty of space, great pool, lots of sun loungers and patio furniture Great communication from Mehmet from start to finish Highly recommend to stay here

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Un appartement très agréable, bien conçu et calme, avec une vue absolument à couper le souffle!!! Tout est parfaitement pensé, il ne manque rien. La communication avec la propriétaire a été simple et fluide. Une très belle expérience. Je recommande vivement.

We loved staying here! Waking up and having a view of the ocean was absolutely wonderful. The location is a bit outside of town, much quieter which was exactly what we were looking for. However so easy to drive into town for dinner and convenient to various beaches and sites. We accidentally left a few belongings and Mehmet has gone out of his way to help return them to us. Highly recommend staying at Mehmets!!!

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults for 7 nights in this beautiful apartment with the most amazing view! Easy to communicate and book from Australia and when you walk inside you will immediately notice how clean & comfortable the apartment is. We ate in every night and had all we needed to cook/prepare meals. Washing machine is very useful & you have a big fridge for food & drinks which can be hard to come by in other properties. Adam, Sumeyra's dad was so lovely, happy and friendly, also very caring about our experience. Great location between Kaş and Kalkan and there's a small market about 1km from the apartment that sells bread, drinks, beers and other basics. There is a Migros very close too with reasonable prices. Kaputaş Plaji is 5 mins drive...best of both worlds! We would absolutely stay here again. There are about 15 or so steps to reach the apartment but our 78 and 79yo mothers managed no problem. Fantastic value!!! Thankyou Sumeyra and Adam

Ailece konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, site ve çevre çok güvenli ve aileye uygun. Dairede tüm eşyalar mevcut, ayrıca Oğuz bey çok sıcakkanlı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Konumu gözlemlediğimiz kadarıyla yazlık villaların bulunduğu bir muhit ve dolayısıyla biraz şehir merkezinden uzak. Biz seyahatimizde dolmuşları kullandık. 4 dakika mesafede bir dolmuş durağı var ve oradan şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak harika bir konaklamaydı, oğuz beye tekrar teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz..

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

Nesrin Hanım, konaklamamızdan önceki sorularımızı çok hızlı yanıtladı. Konaklamamızda bizleri bizzat karşılayarak evi teslim ettiler. Evde bizi karşılamak için meyve ve ikramlıklar bulundurmaları çok hoş bir sürprizdi. Ev girdiğimizde temizlik kokuyordu ve her yer tertemizdi. Mutfakta her türlü araç ve gereç ayrıca temel malzemeler mevcuttu. Konumu harikaydı ve merkezi konumu sebebi ile yüksek müzik sesi geç saatlere kadar mevcuttu. Konaklamamızı daha rahat geçirebilmemiz için eve kulak tıpası bırakmaları çok nazik ve ince bir düşünce olmuş. Eşim ile birlikte harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. O apartamento é muito confortável, perto do comércio da cidade e de fácil acesso para a praia de Oludeniz (de carro). O anfitrião nos deixou muito a vontade, e ainda nos ofereceu um mimo para aperitivo em uma das noites, além do check-out flexível.

Lokasyon olarak güzeldi, otopark sıkıntı yoktu, marketler yürüme mesafesinde, mutfak aletleri hepsi tamdı. Ev düzenli, temiz ve huzurluydu. Eşim ve 8 aylık kızımla konakladık çok keyif aldık güzel anılar birikti diyebilirim o evde. Kaldığımız sürede mutfak tüpümüz bitti ancak bayram olmasına rağmen Bora bey hızlıca aksiyon aldı. Bu konu bizim için önemliydi çünkü kızıma sürekli ek gıdada hazırlamalıydım o yüzden çok çok teşekkür ederim. Eve su almamıza bile gerek yoktu damacanaya kadar düşünmüştü. We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!
