Take a short walk to Ithaca Farmer's Market (.4 mi) the Commons (.8 mi) & Cornell University (1.4 mi) or stay in and enjoy a glass of wine while cooking in the kitchen & dining area. Two porches are set for some outdoor time, and the garden has seasonal vegetables for you. You could also cozy up next to our wood stove on chilly nights. We love opening the home to our AirBnB guests and look forward to hosting you.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Ithaca Falls View Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

Join us for a stay in our historically grand 1835 home, perfectly located in the heart of Downtown Ithaca. Everything you’re looking for is only a few walkable blocks away: Moosewood & shopping at Dewitt Mall – 1 block. Shopping & Events in Ithaca Commons – 2 blocks. Restaurant Row on Aurora Street – 3 blocks. Ithaca Farmers Market – 1 mile. If you're visiting students, Cornell University and Ithaca College are both nearby.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.

A Mini Retreat in K-Ville

Enjoy some fun! More than just a place to sleep, it's an experience. Dates you want not available? Ask me. K-Ville is a place where you can sleep and live in and among my art. It’s off the grid and It’s a tiny Victorian village. You can eat in the "cafe" relax in the "square" and sleep in your own private "Loft home" which sleeps one comfortably or two if you like to snuggle tight.
