Wendy & Alan's place is a lovely retreat. It was a very peaceful way to spend a couple days among the redwoods. There's tons to do in the area, both in nature and in town. Some of our favorites were going down to Goat Rock Beach where the Russian River lets out to the sea and waving at the harbor seals, and browsing at the Piknik Market on Main St in Guerneville (which also serves a mean cup of coffee.) We loved Pat's International on Main St so much that we came back for lunch after going there for breakfast. The kitchen at Wendy & Alan's place was well equipped, and watching movies on the big screen with a projector was a treat. Wendy & Alan were friendly and communicative throughout. If you're looking for a little bit of everything, this is a great place to get it!

Even more beautiful than the photos, a perfect place to unwind

Caz cabin is truly magical. This was my second time visiting and it was just as incredible! The cabin was so cozy, and the backyard wad enchanting. I never wanted to leave the porch! Can’t wait for my next visit!

This was an amazing spot to stay. The photos are nothing compared to the are that the house is in. Peaceful, tranquil, zen, one with nature. The perfect place to sit outside with a cup of tea (or coffee) and read a book. I have two young kids, so we went down the street, down to the river and played around there. The host is super quick to respond. He gave us info on what is available nearby also. Definite repeat! Highly recommend!
