We had our 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration here. It was a beautiful place for friends and family with room down stairs to set up eat and enjoy the views and each other on our day. The Home inside was very clean and nice with enough room to be comfortable and enjoy our kids and grandchildren that night before they returned to college and work. It was everything we hoped it would be. Would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time with family. From fishing,games in the yard to quiet conversation with views.

Plenty of space, nice decor. Very comfortable for our group of 8. Good location and could walk to sunset spot and pier pretty easy.

The Otter House is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean and organized. The view of the Suwanee River is breathtaking and can be seen beautifully from the house. We loved the fact that there is a wonderful restaurant called Treasure Camp close by, and even in within walking distance. The whole area is pristine and the most peaceful area that I have ever experienced. There is so much to do and it is close to several springs and to Cedar Key, and all of the people in the area are pleasant and kind. It is simply wonderful out there and I hope to be able to go often! Oh, and the beds are the most comfortable this side of heaven!!!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and the pool area was great. The home has easy access to the river and is close to nearby springs.

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

Our employees loved having this peaceful and beautiful location to rest and wake up to the peaceful surroundings the next morning after working hard all day. Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Perfect location for our plans with local family and friends. We felt totally comfortable like it was our home. No hotel vibes at all. So relaxing and the pool was a fantastic retreat! Clean, spacious, and an amazing host. We will be back!

Great house in the Villages close to many great restaurants. I loved the ability to swim in a private beautiful pool every morning. I highly recommend!

Me and my family stayed here and it was absolutely stunning and just all around amazing I wish I could just move in and never leave it’s truly wonderful and so much to do around you even in walking distance we all absolutely loved the place it was clean fun lots to do just all around amazing

Sunshine&Whiskey is a fully equipped peaceful getaway in Dunnellon, FL. Minutes from KP hole and the state park at Rainbow River, it was exactly what our family needed to have a relaxing and fun holiday! If you’re a paddler or outdoor enthusiast, this is your spot. This home is also close (roughly 30 minutes) to Devil’s Den and Cedar Lakes Woods & Garden botanical gardens. Check out Beautiful Creatures farm tour where you will not be disappointed, this is for kids & adults! Not to mention, the home was very clean, the host responsive and amenities galore! There are shampoo/body wash dispensers, charging ports on the bedside lamps and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner-multiple times. The backyard is fenced in and private, the pool lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and the back porch poolside is the place to be with a cup of tea or coffee at sunset and sunrise. Book Matt’s place now!

We had the most peaceful, amazing stay Henry’s Hideaway ! The house is immaculate, with so many spots for the family to chill out . My 14 year old Grandson took over the game house as his own but i did beat his butt at pool ! The pool is huge and very clean let’s not forget it’s benefit of being salt water ! We cooked out most nights and really enjoyed the lanai . Our Golden Holly was in heaven with the huge backyard 😍. We will definitely be back and thank you Mary for sharing your slice of heaven .

A beautiful space on the Rainbow River, you won’t regret staying here! The home is lovely and comfortable and the location can’t be beat if you enjoy nature and privacy. We didn’t use the guest house for our family of 4 but if we had a slightly larger group it would be a great option to spread out. This is a space for quiet time and relaxation, not to be loud or to party, which we appreciated. We arrived on Memorial day and the river was busy but the rest of the stay there was less boat traffic, just a few casual tubers and kayakers floating by. It has lots of floats and water gear and we brought our own canoe which can easily be launched from the yard. We made some fantastic family memories swimming, fishing and cooking off of the back deck and would love to come back next summer! Thanks!

We really liked this place. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, there was a beautiful view, and it was very quiet. Laura was very friendly and always responded promptly. I highly recommend her place!

Everything was easy ~ communication, check in and check out! Location is perfect and included island places to visit. Loved the dog treats, nice touch for those of us that travel with our dogs. 🐾 We will be back! Thank you!

We loved our stay at George’s with our toddler and dog. The house was very clean and the backyard was spacious. Very well equipped home with conveniences not included at all air bnbs, which we really appreciated. We had so much fun taking a few of the kayaks out on the river and also rented a boat, which we docked at the house. Our dog loved all the room he had to run and we enjoyed breezy afternoons and gorgeous sunsets sitting out by the river. Cranes, a turtle and an alligator were all seen from the backyard. We felt immersed in nature while still being a quick drive away from grocery, restaurants and both Rainbow River and Hunter Springs (15 min). My husband appreciated the grill and espresso machine. The only downside is the master shower, which js a bit cramped for a 6’2 guy and near impossible for me to shower without getting my hair wet, so I used the bath/shower in the other bathroom instead! We would stay here again!

spot was amazing so much to explore and do with the family all major stores are within 10 miles great beaches near by as well as awesome parks was very pleasant time

I got was Jacquie’s listing showed and above. I was impressed how her property is well decorated, (quality furniture) comfy and cozy. (The interior design is great) I felt home! Kitchen is incredible! Lots of space. The house has 2 doors access which facilitated us taking our 2 dogs in and out. Jacquie was very accommodating by allowing us to bring our 2 pets. We as nature lovers loved the dock across the street. The street is in a dead end and her property is very safe and peaceful, very private. I’d keep going on and on about good things of the property and the area but I think I described the most important points. We loved everything!
