A beautiful space on the Rainbow River, you won’t regret staying here! The home is lovely and comfortable and the location can’t be beat if you enjoy nature and privacy. We didn’t use the guest house for our family of 4 but if we had a slightly larger group it would be a great option to spread out. This is a space for quiet time and relaxation, not to be loud or to party, which we appreciated. We arrived on Memorial day and the river was busy but the rest of the stay there was less boat traffic, just a few casual tubers and kayakers floating by. It has lots of floats and water gear and we brought our own canoe which can easily be launched from the yard. We made some fantastic family memories swimming, fishing and cooking off of the back deck and would love to come back next summer! Thanks!

Great location—just a short drive to Rainbow Springs and not far from a grocery store, which was super convenient. The area was quiet and felt very private, perfect for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

George's place was perfect for our family get together. The setting is so beautiful right on the river we brought our 17" Mako boat and enjoyed the river immensely. The master suite was perfect for my elderly parents with grab handles to help them get around. The boat ramp was 5min from the house and the dock in back of the house was accessible for my boat. The kitchen was well equipped with most anything you need to prepare meals. There is ample parking as well. George was very responsive with any communications we made. We even had to return for a forgotten item, they were waiting for us inside the front door. I highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful setting for family and fun and the time on the river is great. There are several kayaks, we did not use them since we had our boat but the river would be great for a kayak outing.

We had a great time staying here. Close to the springs and beautiful to relax on the porch overlooking the water.

The house had everything supplied and more. There was a welcome basket that was sweet! The beds were very comfortable. Loved the open kitchen, dining room, livingroom. Perfect place to play games together as a family!

We loved this place! Extremely pet friendly for our pooch Jack!🐾🐾🐾 He enjoyed the fenced yard so much! We loved the fire pit and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was spotless and we'll stocked. A joy to cook our healthy meals in!💚 We loved the comfort and would absolutely stay here again! Scott and Susan were wonderful hosts! Very quick response for any communications!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Withlacoochie River House. I found it to be the best stocked AirBnB vacation rental I have ever stayed in. We really appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate bar including s’more supplies! and the thoughtful touch of spring water and ice on hand. The setting was peaceful and we were delighted to see a mama manatee and her calf swim right by! The flexible sleeping/entertainment arrangements worked well for our multi-generational family. 10 out of 10 would recommend! I have traveled all over the US and often utilize Airbnb and this is going down in the books as one of my favorite homes! The house itself is like a time capsule. Lots of antique furniture and nostalgic pieces of the past. But also super clean, comfortable and up-to-date. The amenities are also amazing! Everything was clean, well organized, and ready to use. The main river is about a 15 minute paddle, but it’s gorgeous. My kids said this might be one of their favorite vacations we’ve ever taken! The Neighbor kids even came over and joined us for a game of basketball. All of the neighbors seemed super friendly. The house is also well stocked with things like pans, dishes, silverware, extra blankets, pillows, etc. And sitting on the deck for morning, coffee and to relax in the evening is amazing. Communication with the host was easy and painless. We will most definitely be staying again!

Absolutely amazing stay. Exceeded all expectations. We felt right at home and the it has any and everything you could think of and more. This was our first visit to cedar key and so glad we chose the Treehouse to stay. It was perfect for us being more private but super close to everything we wanted to see and do. Star gazing from the dock behind the house was phenomenal. The treehouse feels modernish for conveniences but still very charming and beautifully decorated with a homey and relaxing feel. The host provided a ton of tips and it felt like a personalized guide. I cannot say enough honestly, best vacation ever. We hope to come back and stay longer.

Catherine's home was a little slice of Heaven for my husband and I to get away for a quick weekend. We really enjoyed the location, specifically being surrounded by nature. we will definitely be back!

Karen Boyles’ accommodations were amazing! As we pulled into the parking area and looked around the whole property was beautiful. Then we went into the RV and that was magnificent. The place was spotless and had clear instructions for everything we might need or want. The host, Karen Boyles, was very friendly and attentive. She answered any questions we had in a timely manner and made sure we felt comfortable. She also provided a booklet of some of the most popular things in the area. Bottom line is the RV and the host were amazing. We definitely plan on visiting again.

We had a perfect stay. The house was conveniently located near the private river park and we all had a blast playing in the water. My kids enjoyed the books, games, and toys and the house was spotless and comfortable. We are already planning a return trip!

From the moment we arrived, the beauty of this ranch took our breath away. Rich was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The ranch itself is amazing—spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The serene surroundings made it easy to unwind, whether we were stargazing at night or taking an outdoor refreshing shower. I can’t recommend Majestic Meadows and Rich enough! If you’re looking for a peaceful escape in a beautiful setting, this is the place to book. 🌟 5/5 stars!

We loved staying at Keara and Don’s cute little cottage! Everything was spotless and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Driving down the road through beautiful old oaks covered in Spanish moss takes you back into old florida. My husband and I loved being able to walk right out the door and pet the horses and ponies in the stable. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Perfect spot if you are wanting to go to Devil’s Den or Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens. It’s literally right around the corner! Keara and Don were very kind, helpful, and responsive. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in that area!

If you’re doing Rainbow River I 100% recommend staying here. The house was super clean, the host was very accommodating, kind, responsive and helpful. The home is BEAUTIFUL! The back backyard is such a great time since it has the fire pit. The beds were great to sleep in. Felt right at home!!!!
