Tutto ok. Siamo stati accolti da una persona gentilissima. Il camino all’interno della casa è un qualcosa di eccezionale. La casa è davvero calda.

Our family of five stayed at Villa Eduardo for 7 nights. We were little bit afraid, because this was our first time with Airbnb. The house has very modern and easy access from Rome. The address was little bit hard to find, because the actual bigger road is called Strada delle Terme and them the right turn to a small rocky Via delle Terme. There is a large shopping mall nearby and nice restaurants. Especially Citta Sant'Angelo is really worth to see. The house is very modern with convenient garden and Tuscany-like scenery with olive growes and wineries. The actual view is breathtaking with the blue sea view. Lucia was very warm and welcoming host who came every day to check that we are ok. She also took us to the beach that they own. Every family is probably thinking about the pool and it was very good for us about 12 metres and wide about 5 metres. In any chance we would definitely go back.

Great host! She welcomed us warmly and showed us the property. The swimming pool is kinda panoramic and quite big. We could also do barbecue in the evening :) Dogs are allowed in and this is a plus

Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!

Appartamento ampio e spazioso. Parcheggio privato comodo e recintato. Host disponibile e sempre reattivo. Unica pecca c’era qualche piccola disattenzione nella pulizia della cucina. I materassi non comodissimi un po’ datati specialmente i singoli

A super place to chill in the outstandingly beautiful landscape. Paolo was a superb host and the apartment was beautifully cool and clean. We loved the pool and lush gardens. So many places to see nearby. And the multitude of very Italian beaches along the coast.

lieve Helenia en familie, We hebben veel plezier gehad bij jullie. het appartement op de begane grond is ruim en mooi. we waren verrast, omdat het veel mooier is dan op de foto's. we hebben veel genoten van de zitplaats buiten en de grote tuin. We zijn dankbaar voor de lekkere cake, eieren, wijn, pasta saus en ga zo maar door. Wat een lieve mensen zijn jullie. er moeten meer mensen zoals jullie bestaan. ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven! Meer dan je geld waard. Liefs van ons.

Tutto molto bello e fedelissimo alla descrizione fatta , Massimo sempre disponibile mentre nonna Ilde ci ha accolti come una mamma amorevole accoglie i propri figli dopo un lungo viaggio, disponibile da subito per cucinare qualcosa per noi, ci ha ricoperti di attenzioni, ci ha offerto un dolce fatto da lei molto buono e ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa nostra. posto incantevole e tranquillo , anche la nostra cagnolina si è divertita tanto. lo consigliamo assolutamente.

La Baita nel Bosco è un semplicemente incantevole. Posta nella parte alta del paese in posizione defilata, circondata su 3 lati dal bosco e affacciata sulla vallata dal quale ammirare il tramonto, godere del silenzio e avvistare le lucciole quando si fa buio! Il paese di Caramanico è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi ed è quindi comodissima anche se si vuol raggiungere il centro del paese. La posizione è strategica per visitare quasi ogni angolo di quel paradiso chiamato Majella e, proprio sotto casa, c’è la valle dell’Orfento, uno della riserve più straordinarie dei dintorni. Marcella è stata un’host eccezionale: cordiale, disponibile, gentile, piena di premure ed attenzioni e prodiga di consigli sui luoghi da visitare e le cose da fare (in casa troverete tantissimi opuscoli, riviste e mappe utili allo scopo). La casa è comodissima, accogliente, la pulizia davvero impeccabile in ogni ambiente. Non avremmo potuto scegliere di meglio. È stata una vacanza meravigliosa, grazie Marcella!!

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

la casa é molto accogliente, situata nella campagna con la vista sul mare e dall’altro lato le montagne, infatti la posizione é ottimale se si vuole visitare sia il mare che le montagne, tutto molto bello!

Ottima comunicazione con Giancarlo, ottima posizione con vetrata in cucina da poter ammirare il Paesaggio con bei palazzi ed Alberi Innevati. 150m dal centro che si trova a via Roma. Ambiente bello caldo con bagno e doccia nuovi, balcone su strada e terrazzina che affaccia all'interno. Complimenti

This home is a genuine historic Italian home. It was a peaceful adventure. We walked and hiked everywhere, there are many well traveled and marked hiking trails into the mountains. You hear nature around you and have the most gorgeous view. The house is extremely cozy and has many features that are full of character. We made homemade meals from the abundant fruits, veggies, and nuts around the property. If you are looking to step into a storybook back in time with cobbled streets and historic buildings, this is the place. One needs to have a sense of adventure to fully appreciate this property. We took in the most gorgeous sunsets from the top yard. We hiked and explored the most beautiful and unexpected landscapes. No need to walk far, the town itself is a wonder. Go see Gabriella at the Taverna. She will cook you the most delicious meal and make you feel right at home. This property is truly a cozy home. If you are wanting to rejuvenate your tired soul, this place will do it.

“Tre giorni da favola” Appartamento caldo e accogliente, il legno crea molta atmosfera. Camere spaziose e confortevoli. La proprietaria Lucilla è stata disponibile a venirci incontro rispetto ad ogni nostra richiesta. Il tutto amplificato dal fatto che si trova a pochi minuti dai campi da sci. Consigliatissimo!!!

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

La Fonte Su - unsere Quelle für acht herrliche und unvergessene Tage bei den freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgebern Luigia und Armando. Eigentlich sind es drei Gastgeber - Gino der Hund, küsste jeden Tag unser Herz. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar. Besser, friedlicher geht es nicht. Die Terrasse und der Blick ein Traum. Obendrein der Pool. Die üppige Natur. Wirkliche, fast unberührte Natur mit zauberhafter Flora und Fauna, begleitete uns auf Schritt und Tritt. Ein Spumante in der Bar in CANTERANO auf der kleinen sonnigen Piazza macht Freude, genauso wie Besuche zu Fuß oder by car in Rocca CANTERANO, Jenne (sehr, gutes Restaurant La Viletta) Cervara Di Roma. Ristorante Da Anna, Il Cantuccio, Contrada Rapello (unglaublich gutes Restaurant, der Service wundervoll, das Essen so und so und das Olivenöl zum warmen Brot von der Monastero San Benedetto ein Hochgenuß) - alle in Subiaco. Liebe Luigia wir kommen wieder zu Euch aus Abu Dhabi. Ihr habt uns sehr glücklich gemacht. Danke.

Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

L’endroit est magnifique. L’appartement était très propres, bien entretenu et confortable. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine et la proximité avec les animaux.

Letizia und Piero sind fantastische Gastgeber! Sehr zugewandt, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Begrüßten uns alle mit unseren Namen. Erklärten die Unterkunft ausführlich und bemerkten mehrmals, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, daß sie sofort zur Stelle wären. Meine Tochter fühlte sich nicht gut und sie haben uns zum Hospital begleitet, danach noch zur Farmacia. Und das am Feiertag! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt, auch schon unseren Freunden von dieser schönen Unterkunft berichtet und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen! Grazei per tutto :)

We had a lovely stay at Torre Mannella, the views from the apartment are incredible of the mountains and Citta Sant'Angelo. Lea is very friendly and accommodating, she gave us some delicious homemade jam from the farm, and we didn't have any issues with our stay at all. A beautiful and relaxed stay in the Abruzzo countryside, we will definitely return!

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen!
