We had another fantastic stay at Francesca’s beautiful appartment. It is spacious, cosy and clean- perfect for a relaxed family vacation. Francesca is a great host, communication is always easy and super friendly. We hope to come back again next year 😊

I stayed in st moritz for a conference and stayed in the appartment for 8 nights. It was very close to the meeting place, with 2 supermarkets around the corner and the beautiful lake within only a couple of 100 meters. Great that there was a balconnee to enjoy the mountain view and the sound of the small river below. Also nice that the houdekeeper was very responsive to my questions.

It was everything I was looking for. clean, not to expensive and everything you need is there. Close to stores and the mauntains. Just great!

We will definitely be back. We loved every minute at Alessandra's beautiful apartment! The beds were super comfortable (which is unusual for AirBNB apartments) and the apartment was nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with enough dishes and utensils so we didn't have to run the dishwasher all the time. There was even shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels for the entire stay (also unusual for AirBNB). Alessandra was super friendly and responsive. Can highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Viva’s Airbnb in St. Moritz! The place is super comfortable and cozy, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. The team at Viva was incredibly helpful throughout my trip, always available and ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is amazing—just a stone’s throw from the lake, which is perfect if there are events happening there. Even when there aren’t, it’s just a short and pleasant walk to the town center and ski lifts, making it really convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with everything. The apartment is spacious and has a very homey and cozy flair. There are a variety of exciting books on the bookshelves! The mattress was large and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a parking space right near the apartment. The view of the surrounding mountains from the apartment is majestic! Everything being clean. Issues were addressed immediately and easily. We sincerely thank you for the stay and would come back any time:)

Cozy little apartment, ideal for a getaway. Unfortunately, no elevator from the ski cellar/underground car park and some of the neighbors were a bit noisy and the apartment was very heated for unseen reasons (radiators but cold).

Excellent view. Worth it. Apartment well kept. Only negative was collecting the key and depositing it back from and to a different location which was slightly inconvenient.

Friendly and courteous welcome at the property. The host introduced the apartment and also shared useful information about the area. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We found all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining in the kitchen. The listing's location is peaceful, but you can still walk to the city center. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the train station. There is also direct access to walking trails from the property. There are two high-end restaurants within a few minutes walk. For our group of four, this was a great stay.

Since we know the region very well, it was definitely a great experience. Accommodation according to expectations, functional decor, kitchen with new appliances, well organized and with all the necessary utensils, quality and new. Unique mole, the small garage space (situation also reported by the host in the description). Good location.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

The apartment is very nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. With the free shuttle, you can reach the ski resort in 10 minutes. There were four of us and we were very comfortable.

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, walking distance to shops and the lake, we enjoyed our stay!

I had a super, quiet and relaxing time in the apartment. Everything was perfectly clean and the communication always worked very well! Despite the relatively bad weather, I was able to take some nice walks and excursions on foot. The nature around the apartment is beautiful and the hot tub also served its purpose 👍 Thank you Chiara and family for the pleasant stay.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
