In the town of Cheverny, in the heart of the most beautiful castles of the Loire, this former wine press, completely rebuilt, welcomes you in peace and quiet, in the greatest comfort. A private house, without cohabitation, parking and private garden. Large living room open to the kitchen, and two double bedrooms, with their bathroom. There is a private heated pool from May 1 to October 15 (4x3 x1.40), no one overlooks the cottage and disturbs its tranquility............

Au cœur des châteaux de la Loire, ancien atelier rénové très lumineux sur un parc de 5000 M2. La piscine est ouverte depuis le 6 avril (pour 2026)! Un jacuzzi est également disponible pour un moment de détente en pleine nature (toute l'année, en option). Dans le parc, un chalet "de jeux" avec de nombreux jouets à disposition, trampoline, table de ping-pong… location de vélos, ménage en option.
