The landscape that we can see from the property, as well as the privacy and tranquility, allow total relaxation and "disconnection" from everyday life. The villa, all in stone, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a multifunctional space - living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are connected to the porch, where meals taste special. In front, we see Alvão and on the left the imposing Monte Farinha - Senhora da Graça. Outside, we have a saltwater pool, a support bathroom, a barbecue area and an oven. The place is very pleasant for those who favor the tranquility of the countryside and contact with nature.

Originally built in the 1920s, The Grandparents´ House is located on a beautiful slope in Arnoia, having been the home of the Pereira family for many years. This house belonged to our great-grandparents and was restored with great affection so that we could share the experience of our "land" with guests.
