An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

The villa is located about 200 meters from the junction towards Centola in a residential area and surrounded by greenery. To reach the center and the beaches, a car is essential, but the distance is really short! The house is a large studio apartment, the two sleeping areas are separated by a blackout curtain. The outdoor patio is made of wood, has an outdoor kitchen and shower. Air-conditioned inside, Wi-Fi available, very scenic, sea view.
