Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Central America

Our stay at Adrian's place was perfect for our needs. A quick drive or walk into the action of Tamarindo, and then quiet and seclusion for our time spent in the apartment. It was clean, bright and well equipped for cooking our own meals, and the Wifi was exceptional for our remote work needs. It is a very well managed property all around, an absolute pleasure to stay there. This is an easy, reliable place to stay for unwinding, or work remotely. We will be back !

We enjoyed our stay very much. The garden area was so peaceful with fruit trees along with lavender that was so useful. I would recommend this Airbnb if you wanted to be close but not too close to Centro. It was walking distance to many restaurants and museums.

We loved our stay here - amazing location right by the beach. The store was 30 seconds away which made cooking so easy. Fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Thanks so much for a great stay!

I would consider staying here again if I return back to Panama City. The space was great. The location was great if you want to stay in Casco Viejo. The AC worked well. Both TVs are smart TVs so you can easily connect to streaming services while at home. The half bathroom is a plus when staying as a couple. The patio space was very nice and spacious. The place is secure. I don’t have any major complaints about this place and overall would recommend this for your stay in Panama City.

amazing place with picturesque views of the city. it is downtown san jose so there is the normal noises of the city but they do provide ear plugs if you need that at night. so many food options, a gas station and a grocery store within 1 block. will hopefully get to stay here again.

The place is right on a main avenue so expect some noise, other than that there's a lot of bars, restaurants, convenient stores around the neighborhood and it's pretty safe

The place is better than as shown in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning was very important because of the heat at this time. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. Communication was very fast and efficient and although the neighborhood is not luxurious, it is quiet to walk at any time. It's a few blocks from the ADO and if you don't want to walk, you can take the combi on the corner and it passes very often. I definitely recommend it.

This was my 2nd time to stay in one of the apartments here at Hotel 7 Orejas. The building is super clean, in a great location and very cute in design. The staff are amazing - always so kind and helpful. The kitchen in the apt. had everything I needed to prepare my own meals for several weeks. The room also has a nice sized TV with many channels available. I highly recommend this charming hotel and will definitely come back!

Excellent apartment, easy access to the airport and Alléluia. Our starting point in Costa Rica that we will be happy to return to before leaving. There is everything you need to be comfortable for 4 people.

Very comfy and nice place

This spot is well located close to the main areas of town, just a little walk away. The kitchen has all the essentials you need and the king sized bed is winner. I was very happy to be able to stay here for a few days. I had some work to do and wifi was strong - also a great spot to sit outside and enjoy the garden.

Jairon and his family were the sweetest people I’ve met from my all my airbnbs’ experience! Oscar and his wife Rosy were very welcoming and they made me food and hosted me really well. I really loved the area especially when waking up in the morning to the sounds of birds singing and the clear sky and the mountaineous area, the forest and everything. What else can I say? It was out of this world
