Fantastic condo in the best location! Easy walk to the Gondola for skiing, and never need the car because shops and restaurants are right in the village. Amenities are great and the wine and s’more kit upon arrival was a great treat! The condo is stocked with great games and fun puzzles. Everything was just perfect.

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

I just stayed for one night with my friends. It was a couple blocks away from the beach and very clean.

The place was absolutely adorable and very spacious. Beds are comfortable and all amenities were well thought out. Sarah was an amazing host who greeted me outside as I got there and even helped me find a plug for my Electric car. A first class experience.

My family and I stayed at Alameda penthouse in June 2025 and were delighted with the location and premises. A very charming and well laid out rental. Great communication from Monica when we needed information. For our first visit to California this was a great option for seeing San Francisco by ferry or road.

We’ve stayed here several times. It’s always a treat: a big, lovely apartment comfortably furnished and with a great kitchen. (A grocery store is within easy walking distance.) it’s on the train line, which is convenient (and we never heard the trains at night). Highly recommended.

Highly communicative hosts -- proactive, highly responsive and gave us suggested things to do in the area. Clean, comfortable home. Great internet reception all through the house. Good restaurant choices in the Oakhurst. We came for Yosemite but close by Bass Lake was well worth visiting. Comfortable king-size and queen-size mattresses. (We slept well!) Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Two small quirks: the house backs up to Hwy 41, so the traffic noise was noticeable, especially while sitting on the deck. Also, there's no door into the master bathroom.

Amazing spot! Heather’s apartment was an ideal home base for us while we were in the East Bay for Berkeley graduation. It’s a beautiful historic home in a peaceful neighborhood with walkable cafes and a lovely nearby park. The apartment is spacious, stylish, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everybody enjoyed the luxurious shower, tasty coffee, and great beds. Highly recommend!

Amber’s place was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. It felt super clean and fresh the second we walked in, and it was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The amenities went above and beyond, every little detail was thought of. Our kids absolutely loved the game room and spent every minute they could in there. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Really gorgeous, well-maintained property and pool. Outdoor spaces felt particularly luxurious and private, and securely fenced for our dog. Very relaxing!

This place was perfect for us. An old California home (but with lovely hardworking AC!) with lots of character. The neighborhood was enjoyable and felt safe into the evening, a short 25 min walk to the capital buildings. Great price, comfy beds, plenty of space to work and relax. The 5G WiFi was fast and reliable (but took me a day to figure out, since the non-5G one is quite slow). The projector was fun and my dog loved people watching out the front windows.

The place was very comfortable, and the location was incredibly convenient. We were a quick walk to downtown Napa and right down the street from a corner store to grab quick essentials and tacos. Bruce provided great instructions and local recommendations for us to consider. We loved the audio set-up, especially the music playing when we walked in. Parking off the street was convenient, making unloading our car quick and easy.

What a lovely spot for a little family getaway weekend. We loved the view and spent time on the water. Even my teenager said it was so beautiful and comfy. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your space, Tom!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in providing a great experience. Adam and Sidharth are probably the most communicative host my family have ever rented from! Thank you Adam for that! Pros: Worldmark by Wyndham is where we stayed. Worldmark think of the extras like spices, salt/pepper coffee nicely stocked kitchen. Filtered lake view, twin beds one bedroom and queen in the other. 2 minute drive to Bolder parking. Great for skiing. Con: the room we stayed in was above the employee lounge with a TV running all night. We never slept. That’s not Sidharth’s or Adam’s fault. If you are at all near reception make sure you tell them to turn the TV off!!!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Great hosts! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a quick but wonderful stay! The bathroom was so clean and the bed was comfy! In a great location, easily walkable and parking was a breeze!

Sharon’s home was comfortable and stylish. The views from the windows are epic. Kitchen well appointed with any cooking tool/appliance you would need up make a gourmet meal! Short walk to Eagle Lodge. We will absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Location location location. Walking distance to just about anything you could want/need. Valet was easy. Kitchen was stocked. And the pool and jacuzzi’s were the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend.
