Gymea Cottage - Pure Valley

Gymea Cottage is a two-storey cabin. The upper deck is independent of the lower floor & has a private bedroom, a lounge, a kitchen with a beautiful veranda between the treetops. The lower deck has a private bedroom, stunning verandah and views, but a more compact lounge & kitchen. You can indulge yourself in your own private spa and watch the stars. Idyllic location in a bush setting with lots of privacy! It is located on 126 acres of bushland with 3 other cottages spaced out on the property.

The perfect base for all your Hunter Valley adventures, this spacious cottage has everything you need to make your stay a breeze. A lovingly renovated 3 bedroom, two-bathroom house with all the local amenities at your doorstep, and within a 5-minute drive to Hunter Valley Vineyards. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate lounge rooms, 2 full bathrooms, a huge yard & games shed for all to enjoy. The cottage can comfortably accommodate families and groups of up to 10 guests.

It is close to beautiful beaches like Umina, Ettalong (10min 🚗), also to majestic waterways and national parks in Central Coast. It is within an hour drive /train ride from Sydney and Newcastle. Walking distance to Evarglades country golf club. Close to popular Yoga clubs, Deep Water Plaza shopping center and local pubs and eatery's.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV (includes Netflix), and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.

This is one of the few properties in the area where you will have the whole home to yourself which includes the carport and room for a few other vehicles in the confines of the property. To celebrate your stay a welcome gift will be provided on your arrival.

It's not suitable for infants or children.
