Holiday rentals with breakfast in Central Coast Council

Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

A beautiful house in a beautiful location with a fantastic host, well stocked with everything you’ll need. Lisa was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. Would highly recommend Possums Retreat.

Wendy is very hospitable in sharing her space. There is every white good product for use, in great condition and making our coffees excellent. We had a lovely time in the spa drinking Champane and sharing our time. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom, divine. The state of cleanliness and comfort is excellent.

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. Communication was smooth and Catriona made sure everything was perfect for my stay. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

Anna was exceptionally attentive and kind throughout our stay. She made sure everything was taken care of and was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself was fantastic—beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The view was absolutely stunning, making the entire experience even more special. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again—it was truly a wonderful stay.

Vivienne’s place was great for our one night stay in East Gosford. Everything was spotless and the house was very well appointed. Communication was easy and check in/out was easy.

We've stayed in Jean's apartment a number of times and have always found it warm and comfortable, with lots of light in the rooms and a very well stocked kitchen including supplied food items (bread, variety of cereals, fruit, eggs, yogurt, milk, teas, etc.). Also, comfortable beds with electric blankets, central heating and book, magazines, TV (with Netflix) and board games. We would highly recommed Jean's place!

This place is located in The Entrance, offering great convenience with lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby, and it's close to many famous beaches. Margo's resort is very clean and well organised. I stayed there during the Easter holidays, so it wasn't extremely quiet, but once I close the balcony door, it's peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. Additionally, I enjoyed a beautiful sunrise, beach views, and the moon right from the balcony.

Sally and her husband were super kind and welcoming — they even helped us set up the fire in the firepit, which was such a lovely touch. The place has a beautiful view, it's very comfortable, and it’s just a short walk to the beach with great spots to eat nearby. Thanks so much, Sally! We had a great stay.

Park Haven flat was lovely for our overnight stay. Darius and Edyta were friendly and helpful and the flat was clean and comfortable. I would recommend Park Haven if staying in the Morrisset area.

a truly magnificent apartment that offers some fantastic views of The Entrance especially at sunset. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Kira was very welcoming and provided some excellent recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Simply put if you are visiting The Entrance then this is the place to stay.

My stay at Maree's was fabulous, Maree has thought of everything, the extras were amazing. If you found yourself away from home and forgot an essential Maree has you covered. I would definitely come back again

Had a great stay at Willa @ Mangrove mountain . Location was perfect, the place was just perfect for two of us. Most of all the surroundings, and all our furry and feathery friends were great company.. we had a great time feeding Daisy and all the chooks but most of all lil cheeky PJ … such a cute girl and loved her company. Darren and Kim were great hosts , very responsive and the place is just great to unwind, relax and get away from the city and relax around nature.

Very friendly hosts, had everything we needed and loved the continental breakfast.

Mikes place was perfect for a short stay. Very clean with everything we needed. Lovely peaceful location, coffee van in walking distance and Maitland Bay beach.

Evan was a great host. I was having some difficulties with my phone and Evan generously hooked me up with his system and I was sorted. I got the things done I needed doing. Evan was very organised in providing me with a great stay and I'd love to stay over again some time in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was both nice and convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. One of the highlights was the adorable chicks. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Evan’s dorm is very clean, peaceful and clam. Also he provides us the free bread, coffee and cereal in the morning. There is near the beautiful lake and there are Pelicans.

We had a very comfortable stay. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and eggs were kindly provided, which made our mornings extra special. There’s also a lovely swing next to the house where you can sit and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. Highly recommended!
