Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Central Florida

Just what we needed and centrally located between Tampa Bay and great MTB trails. I only wish the split AC was a bit stronger, but it was not bad. Place was clean and quiet.

Taylor's place was very clean and peaceful, aligned with the photos, well decorated and very organized. Neighborhood was quiet: we could park the car with ease and free, close to the center of Tampa Bay City (5 min by car). Recommend it if you want to visit Tampa Bay and relax a bit!

Eileen was so kind and very responsive with any inquiry we had. The house was beautiful and very accommodating. If I ever need to come to the area, I’ll definitely be using this Airbnb.

This was probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! The space was fantastic and location was great. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the bars and restaurants downstairs and the beach close by. Washington Oaks State Park is a must see. Thank you for sharing your home! It was perfect for our weekend away.

Great place to stay, especially if you're needing an extended stay. We felt right at home. We walked around the neighborhood and it was super quiet, gated, and felt safe. Beautiful apartment!

Regina was friendly and helpful host, and we had a wonderful stay. She went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations. I was very grateful that she had bikes and her tandem kayak available for us to borrow to explore the area. We would love to return again to see the manatees!

Our group had a great stay! Parking was a breeze, and the keyless lock pad is secure and easy to use. We appreciate the fully equipped kitchen that also includes a dishwasher that made the entire experience feel like home. Highly recommend.

Great home we stayed at for a family vacation. Host was responsive and very accommodating. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room! Def would recommend as a great place to stay during a family vacation! :)

Christy is an amazing host that was very friendly and accommodating. I loved that I didn’t have a massive list of things to do on check out, just lock up and go on my way. The home was beautiful and spacious, located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It served my family so well for the wedding we were in town for, not to mention the bed was SO comfortable. We absolutely loved this place. We took our first family trip to Disney, with a 6 year old the pool was a must! The pool may have ranked higher than the parks in his book. He is already asking if we can stay here again next year.

I absolutely loved Nancy’s place!!! It was so peaceful and the pool was a plus of course, she was so kind and courteous, the koi fish were breathtaking and I really enjoyed feeding them and watching them! The fenced in area was perfect for my dogs they were so happy I think they were sad to leave! Definitely a place I will be coming back to!!

The space was exactly as described. Had all of the necessities that a traveler would need for an enjoyable stay and beach day. Private access to the beach just steps away was the best part. Will definitely return for future trips.

This was a great place to stay for a quick beach trips! The space was very clean and had all of the beach accessories we needed! We loved being able to use the bikes to explore the surrounding area! Would highly recommend!

Spectacular!!! This was by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. Well decorated, furnished and filled with everything you'd ever need. Lots of fun to do around the resort. Raymond & Kevin were very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to booking with them in the future.

We felt right at home while in Orlando because of this Air BnB. I was worried we would struggle because it is a large complex, but the GPS was spot on at the correct building and the unit was very easy to find. The complex is in amazing condition, amenities were great, and the unit was so relaxing. Everyone in my group kept raving about how comfortable the mattresses and pillows were. There was an abundance of towels and they hostess will quickly respond if you need additional towels. We LOVED this Air BnB and will definitely be renting it again. Right outside the gates of the complex there are stores, liquor stores, Chipotle and other food/store options (you can walk there it is so close). Thank you for a great experience & amazing stay!

Pats condo was wonderful for ours girls trip this year! Million dollar view from the balcony & fabulous open concept kitchen/dining/living room area. Kitchen is very well supplied! Great quiet condo-wonderful pool. Beach is steps away and we went every day. Pat supplied everything you need for the beach too—minus an umbrella which can be rented right on the beach—3 min walk away! She also quickly responded to any questions and provided anything we needed! I was ready to rent this condo again right away but the dates we are returning are already rented..bummer for me! Thank you for a great week Pat! We hope to be back sometime!😊

It was perfect for my wife and I steps to the beach and if you didn’t want to go to the beach you have the pool and jacuzzi. The room was immaculate and clean we stayed in we were originally in the front but was moved closer to the pool which was awesome. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much.
