this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

I had a great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it super comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it was easy to relax after a long day. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

A super great deal! Easily one of my best stays in Jakarta. The unique interior design creates a calming space for a traveler like me to feel at home. All appliances you need is there: washing machine, place to hang your laundry. towels, tissues, scissors, cutleries, pots and pans etc. I don’t think there was a water heater system, but a kettle and a big water bucket and gayung (lol) substituted it perfectly. The only thing missing appliance from a girl’s perspective was a hair dryer haha but that’s totally fine. Alfa, who I learned is an architect, is also very friendly. Would really love to stay here again someday.

Devi’s place is thoughtfully put together. I really appreciated how clean and comfortable it was. She even prepared some welcome snacks, and water, which I was extremely grateful for after a long day. The apartment is equipped with basic kitchen utensils and a washing machine. There is a coffee shop downstairs, which is really convenient. Anytime I had a question she responded immediately and was incredibly helpful. She would also periodically check in to give me local recommendations. I ended up extending my stay for a few more days, and it was totally worth it.

It's my second time at Francisca's place. The flat is ideal for both short and longer stays : Clean, cosy and stylish. The area is great with lot of food options and walkable areas which is not so usual in Jakarta. The view is breath taking and the overall experience is really worth it. Of course I would come back a third time with no hesitation.

We were going to Java Jazz at JiExpo so this apartment is perfectly well position to the main entrance of Jiexpo. We literally only need to walk for 3 minutes avoiding all the hustle. The apartment were clean and the building were new so everything is perfect for us.

They were really great hosts! Responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. The place is a little older than what I expected but it was very clean and organized. The location was also very convenient, just walking distance from Kuningan City Mall. Definitely a value-for-money place! Would recommend :)

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

Love the apartment and its location. Staff within the complex were always wearing a smile. Host was extremely helpful and responsive via the airbnb app. Water and dispenser provided. The unit overlooks a water body where children swim and people fish. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the entrance of apartment complex if you want to go to the mall next door. A few times the security on the grounds offered me a buggy ride to the entrance even though it’s really just a short walk. They would even help to stop the traffic for me to cross over to the mall. There is a small alfa mart right downstairs next to the lobby if you just want to grab some quick snacks. Also a japanese restaurant that i never went but looks bustling at night. B1 concierge is a place to hold and send packages if you need. I think they have a fridge? for if you order groceries. Host recommended a great and afforadble laundry service provider and they pick up from b1 too.

Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is easy to find and easy to access by gojek grab. Around the apartment there is a lot of good food, you can walk around. The check-in process is easy, just pick up the key at the reception, no need to open this locker, so is the check-out process. The apartment itself is also very safe because there is security because it is part of the hotel. Clean and tidy unit, as shown in the photo. Cold air conditioning, hot water on. The TV provided is big enough, so I'm satisfied with watching it. There are pillows and beanbags, so it's really comfortable. Kak Echa is also friendly and very responsive.
