Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Spring Bayou WMA is located just 5.5 miles away--along with boat launch, ATV trails, hunting, fishing, hiking etc. Reliable Wi-Fi (with many popular streaming services included or use your own) and a well stocked kitchen make time spent indoors enjoyable.
