Beachfront holiday rental in Central Macedonia

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

My wife and I had a very good stay in Anna's apartment, the balcony was a great added value. Very good location and easy to park. The apartment was clean and tidy and all features as described. Anna was punctual and helpful with all our questions. We would love to stay again.

First of all, the view was fantastic, and we had quick access to what I think was the nicest part of the beach in the city. The appartement had everything we could need and the living room was spacious and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were tiny but cozy and comfortable. We used the aircon in the living room to cool the whole appartement at night. Dimitris was a lovely host and greeted us kindly even though we couldn't give him a time of arrival in advance. Would definitely recommend.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Мястото на Елени е страхотно, в непосредствена близост до морето и до най-добрата таверна на острова. Всичко наоколо е на минути пешеходно разстояние - ресторанти, магазини и атракции. Островът притежава красиви пясъчни плажове с кристално чиста вода. Домакинът препоръча много места за посещение и хранене, от които бяхме впечатлени. Заслужава си да посетите остров Амулияни и да отседнете при Елени - ще се почувствате като у дома си.

Magnifique séjour en famille chez Spyros ! La villa est très belle avec des chambres décorées avec goût. Les salles de bain sont aussi très agréables et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont vastes et abrités. L'environnement est paisible. Mes enfants de 3 et 5 ans ont adoré profiter du grand jardin et de la chouette place de jeux. L'accès à la mer est direct sur une plage privée. Un paradis pour petits et grands ! Nous avons aussi fait la rencontre de petits chats adorables qui passent dans le jardin dont mes enfants ont adoré s'occuper et les nourrir. Merveilleux séjour dans un logement que je recommande assurément. Nous voulons déjà revenir !

Место и дом оправдали все наши ожидания. Отличное расположение, как в сказке: на право пойдешь (10 мин) супермаркеты и кафе найдёшь, на лево пойдешь (10 мин) дикий и чистейший пляж найдёшь, с минимальным количеством людей, а если пройти чуть дальше, то и вообще их отсутствие. Сам дом очень чистый и обустроен всем необходимым, все соответствует фотографиям, нам даже предоставили пляжные зонты и кресла. Спасибо хозяину за прием, нам помогли организовать трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, по приезду любезно предоставили питьевую воду, печенье для ребёнка и даже пиво для взрослых, и еще много всего) Семья в восторге от отдыха! Безусловно будем рекомендовать своим друзьям и знакомым!

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

Burası dubleks bir ünite zemin kat oturma odasında bir çift kişilik yatak ve banyodan oluşmakta. üst kat ise bir çift kişilik yatak ve tuvaletten ile bir lavabo fan ibaret. Hem alt hem üst kat mükemmel bir deniz manzarası sunuyor. Dabah kahvaltısı istenilen zamanda odaya servis ediliyor ve gayet yeterli. Dört kişilik bir aile olmamıza rağmen gerçekten doyırucu idi, kruvasan ve hamur işleriiyoğunlukta olmasına karşın çeşit açıdından yeterli. Villanın havuzu ve pavilionu son derece estetik ve kullanışlı. Çam ormanları ve ulu zeytin ağaçları içinde sessiz sakin bir tatil deneyimi isteyenler için mükemmel. Sitenin hemen altında yürüme mesafesinde özel bir plajı var 5-6 şemsiye ve şezlong.ddahili ve denizi güzel fakat tsşlık. Bu yüzden gelecekler mutlaka plaj ayskkabıdı getirmeli. İletişim oldukça içten ve cana yakın. Ben ve ailem kaldığımız süre boyunca çok keyif aldık tereddütsüz bir şekilde tercih eeeeedebili

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

We have spend one marvelous week in this nice house where the sun kisses its garden every day. The close vicinity to the beach makes you feel part of the nature. It’s especially good for kids, you have peace and privacy. The house is well equipped with all you need for daily routines. And the special added value comes with the owners who live in the next garden. They are extremelly friendly, supportive and you can communicate with them in perfect English. They prepared for us an amazing grilled fish and paputsaki, we felt really like being with old friends. We can highly recommend this so beautiful and romantic place to all of you.

Ich war 11 Tage bei Kostas und Gianna. Ich war das erste Mal alleine im Urlaub und war Anfangs deswegen etwas nervös.Die Nervosität legte sich mit dem ersten Schritt, den ich durch das Eingangstor machte.Gianna hat mich freudig begrüsst und mich durch die Tage immer wieder mit tollen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Auch Kostas gab mir zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl,herzlich willkommen zu sein und gab mir immer wieder gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Strände oder Restaurants. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass Gastgeber so mit dem Herz dabei sind und auch aufrichtig Interesse an den Gästen zeigen und diese mit einbeziehen. Ich wurde zum Barbecue eingeladen und am Abflugstag zu einem leckeren Mousaka, welches Gianna aufwendig zubereitete. Auch die Hündin Bianca war ein weiteres Highlite. Ihren Blicken kann man kaum etwas ausschlagen. Und dann die kleine Baby-Katze Lisa. Sie hat mein Herz erobert 🥰 Dann die Lage… Es ist wirklich ein kleines Stückchen Paradies. Es fehlte absolut nichts 🥰 Danke Kostas &Gian

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Efi. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und das Haus mit Garten ist groß und hell. Es gab zwei große Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten sowie zwei Badezimmer. Die Küche hat soweit alles was man braucht, ein Geschirrspüler wäre noch super gewesen. Der Garten ist sehr groß und es gibt verschiedene Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zu einer kleinen Bucht am Meer, wo wir jederzeit alleine waren. Der Weg dorthin ist allerdings sehr steil. Auch der Weg zum Haus führt über eine unbefestigte Straße. Wir wurden von Efi mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wer eine ruhige Unterkunft mit viel Natur sucht, ist hier richtig!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier – und es war wieder einfach perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage sowohl oben als auch unten, was besonders an heißen Tagen angenehm ist. Der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer sind traumhaft – da beginnt die Erholung sofort. Die Straße ist etwas belebt, daher darf man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage und der Charme der Unterkunft machen das mehr als wett. Vassiliki ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Danke für alles! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Lisas Familie hat uns in Empfang genommen und war jederzeit Verfügbar, falls wir etwas brauchten. Bei der Ankunft gab es selbstgemachte Leckereien und Diverses im Kühlschrank fürs Frühstück. Während den Ferien durften wir auch sebstgepflückte wilde Spargeln probieren, so lecker! Das Haus ist super, vorallem auch der Garten! Wir waren da mit unseren zwei Kindern, die sich wunderbar Beschäftigen konnten. Einschlafen mit Meeresgeräuschen und Morgens zu Vogelgezwitscher erwachen, einfach herrlich! Danke für alles!

Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und sehr freundlich! Die gegend ist ruhig und perfekt zum entspannen. Wir würden jeder zeit wiederkommen! P.S. Nur die hunde und katzen sind noch freundlicher als die gastgeber

The place is wonderful - right next to the beach. Our host Emmanouil was responsive, communicative and friendly, making us feel at home. We felt like a part of his family. The place looked like in the pictures and even better - there two places on the outside where you can sit and relax. The inside is fully equipped, clean and tidy. We had a great Greek vacation. Highly recommended host and place!
