Loft holiday rentals in Central Macedonia

Ο Κώστας είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Πολύ φιλικός και αμέσως νιώθεις ότι βρίσκεσαι στο σπίτι σου. Το ενδιαφέρον του με εντυπωσίασε αλλά και οι φιλικές συζητήσεις μαζί του με χαλάρωσαν. Ενώ ταυτόχρονα σέβεται την ιδιωτικότητα. Η τοποθεσία θεωρώ ότι είναι πολύ καλύτερη από το το να εμένα στο κέντρο. Καθώς σε 15 λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στην πόλη ενώ αποφεύγεις όλη την κίνηση και την ταλαιπωρία του κέντρου. Θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα εκεί με κλειστά μάτια. Α! Να μην ξεχάσω ότι επειδή πήγα για κάποιον διαγωνισμό ο Κώστας είχε μεγαλύτερη έννοια για μένα παρά εγώ. Και θεωρώ ότι φέρνει τύχη μιας και πήγα καλά, αλλά και παλαιότεροι επισκέπτες που είχαν πάει για αυτόν τον σκοπό πέτυχαν στους διαγωνισμούς που έδιναν εξετάσεις. Είχε πολύ ησυχία για διάβασμα και εργασία σε έναν όμορφο χώρο. Ευχαριστώ και πάλι πάρα πολύ.

Wir kammen Mitternacht an und wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Die Wohnung ist so wie in den Bildern zusehen. Eine schöne große Terrasse mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Hügel und die Berge dahinter ist eine Augenweide. Alles was man nicht nur in der Küche sich wünscht, sondern auch alles andere war da. Es fehlte nichts und es war sehr sauber. Es war für uns ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

What can we say about the view - incredible to see Mount Olympus in all its glory. Apostolis and his father Fotis were amazing hosts - responsive, accommodating our requests and very hospitable The apartment was generally well kitted out and where we needed a few extras (e.g. extra fan) they were very happy to provide. In easy walking distance to the centre of the town; restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bakeries. Plaka Litochoro beach is about a 15 drive away with good public parking. Access to the main path up to Olympos is easily accessible. All in in all a great experience and highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Discounter nebenan , man ist gleich am Strand und man kann alle Restaurants und Bars fußläufig erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin die uns auch Tipps für gute Essensmöglichkeit gab. Zudem muss man noch hervorheben, dass die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir können diese Wohnung mehr wie empfehlen !

Very nice place. Close to everything what you need. Big apartment with big and nice terrace. Chryssa is amazing person who will help you for everything.

I really enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveller, the old town is full or restaurant, cute steets and lots of cats, which I abolutely loved. The view is breathtaking, it was an honor to wake up to such a lovely landscape and see the boats from my window. The flat is lovely, it’s was great to have AC as it’s very hot in June in Thessaloniki. Great value. I felt very safe on the streets here. Thanks so much! :)

A stay at Christos's place should not be missed. He and his wife, Antonia, are excellent hosts. They are kind, generous, and friendly. Their house is extremely clean and comfortable. It is located on a hill just outside the village on a plot of land covered in olive and fruit trees. A visit with them is an experience for all the scenes! They know the area extremely well and can recommend places to visit, shop, and eat. Their own production of food and drink makes this an educational and tasty stop for those who are interested. It a good location for those who wish to also visit places like Thessaloniki, Kavala, Halkidiki, and Mount Olympus.

sehr schöne Unterkunft! Allerdings war das Bad nach dem Duschen sehr nass und ist trotz lüften nicht abgetrocknet. Ansonsten hat alles geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Σε κεντρικό σημείο ,στην πλατεια του χωριού με ωραία θέα από την σοφίτα που μέναμε.το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ζεστό και φιλόξενο οπως το είχαμε δει και από τις φωτογραφείς καθώς και οι παροχές που για εμας που είχαμε το 3 μηνών μωράκι μας ήταν χρήσιμες .Ο Γιώργος ως οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολυ φιλικός και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για το χωριό και την γύρω περιοχή ώστε να κάνουμε ωραίες διαδρομές και να πάμε σε ωραία μέρη !!!!

The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained, and is in a really central downtown location. We would recommend it for a short stay to see Thessaloniki. Evangelia was a really gracious hostess and helped us out with anything we needed!

One of the best accomodation in Thessaloniki,and for sure the best value for money,for a couple or one person. Spyridon was always helpful and friendly for everything you have questions, for apartment and area. Thanks for everything Spyridon and all the best my friend !!

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος και πολυ καθαρός! Είναι η δεύτερη χρονιά που επιλέγουμε την συγκεκριμένη τοποθεσία και μας άφησε ξανα πολύ ικανοποιημένους. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Beim Checkin wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Danke für die ausführlichen Informationen. Es ist ruhig gelegen an einem Salzsee und dahinter sieht man gleich das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden. Wir können es weiter empfehlen. 🙂👍🏼

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and cozy home! The house was very clean, and well-prepared for guests. We had a great time and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The bathroom was spotless and had everything we needed. Even if you forget to bring some toiletries, don’t worry – they have thoughtfully provided the essentials for you. Before our arrival, Anna sent us a very detailed and helpful guide on how to get from the airport to the house, including which bus to take. This made our arrival stress-free. The host was extremely responsive, offering great suggestions that really improved our experience. Although we arrived late at night, the host kindly waited for us with a warm welcome. We truly appreciated their hospitality. The garden created such a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this place to others!

I had a wonderful stay in this cozy home located in the heart of the old town. The surrounding streets are full of charm and beauty, and the area is very peaceful at night—I slept so well every night on the super comfortable bed! Just a 5-minute walk uphill offers an amazing view over the whole city. The apartment is fully equipped with everything I needed, especially in the kitchen—there were cooking essentials like oil, spices, and plenty of dishes and utensils, which made it easy to cook during my stay. The bathroom was also well stocked with all the necessary toiletries. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and I truly have nothing to complain about. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!

Anastasia was very nice with us and cared about our well being. She also recommended us the second entrance of the building which takes you straight to the center, and told us how to reach the beach. She was flexible with arrival and departure from the apartment. Good place to explore Thessaloniki!

Cozy apartment with all you need, in central area, 5 minutes walking to Rotonda. Evelina is a great and helpful host, gave me all the informations i needed it. Quickly self check-in/check-out, even with flexible time. Totaly recommended it!
