Belvedere Apartment 4 minute walk to Wanaka

We stayed here for over a month and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely ideal. It's tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, yet just a 5-minute walk to downtown Wanaka and the lake. It felt very private and peaceful, with no traffic noise, just the sound of the little stream/brook, which we could see and hear from both the bedroom window and the living room balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we cooked nearly every night. Elizabeth, our host, was incredibly responsive and helped us sort out a minor internet issue right away. We also really appreciated the hospitality—Mike, our local point of contact, even lent us hiking poles for some nearby trails. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful spot. Would absolutely return!

I had a wonderful stay at Sunny's place! She was an exceptional host—extremely accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The property was spotlessly clean and perfectly located, just a short walk to the charming shops and restaurants in Arrowtown. Sunny also went above and beyond by sending us fantastic recommendations for local activities, making our trip even more enjoyable. We recently stayed at Emma's place for 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience for our family of five. The home was clean, modern, and stylish, which made our stay very enjoyable. The location was great, offering easy access to Coronet Peak for our ski activities, while also just a short 10-minute drive to the town centre. Emma was a great host, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t ask for a more gracious host than Dean. He was so helpful and accommodating even before we arrived at his beautiful, modern home. My husband enjoyed the outdoor hot tub every morning. Everything for our comfort was available and Dean was immediately responsive when we had a question or request. Our twin teen girls joined us for 2 weeks while they were on spring break (we rented Dean’s house for the month of March) and when we asked them to name the top 3 highlights of their visit, they said: shotover jet, staying in Dean’s house, luging in Queenstown. Thanks Dean!! 5 stars all the way.

Wonderful family accomodation fully equipped with all the mod cons, lots of space, amenities (e.g. on site gym , tennis), peaceful and in a great location. Couldn’t have picked a better place to be! Kids loved it.
