Overall, a good value for money. I wouldn't call the area bad or dangerous. You might run into a couple of homeless people on the street, but they are mostly harmless (never had any problems during my month of living there). There are many tourist attractions within walking distance in the area. The apartments are spacious and mostly match the photos, but be careful, the only window overlooks the courtyard. After a couple of weeks, I wanted to change the environment and have a more varied view from the window and access to natural light. I liked that overall there is enough free space and the furnishings in the apartment are well thought out, which makes living more comfortable.
