The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

From here, by boat or train, you can access the maritime areas: Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici and the Levante Ligure. Central also in the town, the residence guarantees every primary service: catering, bank and post offices, supermarkets, groceries and clothing stores.

Levanto serves as an ideal base for exploring the picturesque Cinque Terre region and its surroundings.

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.

La Casa di Ale is a cozy apartment located in the center of Ceparana (a hamlet of Bolano in the province of La Spezia), well connected to the 5 Terre and Lunigiana. The bus stop is a stone's throw from the house and you can reach La Spezia Station without having to worry about using the car. Parking is always free with us. Convenient access with elevator and SELF CHECK-IN. Kitchen, microwave oven, coffee maker, in-room air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
