A location very close to the historic center. It's easy to get around. Very well-kept and beautiful space, with everything you need to spend a few days. The garage of the residence is a little tight, not recommended for larger vehicles, but it is easy to park on the street.

We were very well received. The house provides a wonderful view and contact with nature. Good internet for work, a few minutes' drive from the historic center. Great getaway

My stay is always perfect

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

The experience was great. Cristiano is super attentive and quick to respond. The space was clean, very comfortable. We will certainly recommend it and return.

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check in and check out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

First time in Paraty... We had a wonderful stay! The location by the water was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Wanice was friendly and incredibly responsive. She made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. She also provided some great local recommendations that made exploring the area even better. Comfortable, functional, safe and very organized accommodation. It has a great location! The condominium has many leisure options and has many commercial establishments nearby! We had an incredible experience at Sitio dos Tucanos. The space is beautiful, cozy and in extremely good taste. Incredibly well equipped. It has great kitchen utensils, all the electronics. The room is cozy, firewood was available for the fireplace, blankets were available in the room. The bathrooms are a show in themselves, with towel warmers and bath products available. The host responds quickly and always asks to help. The bedroom bed and all the bedding are excellent. The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and a deck for exercising and enjoying some sun. I took my little dog Gaya and she loved it because we did the trail that is behind the house with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed the Lavandário de Cunha, which is a few kilometers away and is a must-see. The restaurants in the area are wonderful and super easy to access. We count the days to go back.

I had the pleasure of being in this paradise, I have no words to describe every experience that I had an extremely comfortable house is exactly how the photos the walk is a little tiresome because it is quite steep but it is very worth it, Oriana has received us very well in fact, all of us in trinity welcomed us very much choice of things to do in the village, I recommend to know Galetas beach the waterfall of the stone that swallows the beach and the natural pool of the cachadaço is great the middle beach is very nice to stay, it was with a child of 2 years and managed to do a lot of things. A glass cabin surrounded by nature, to the sound of the river, the birds, the wind. Wonderful place. Cozy, with privacy, an unforgettable experience sleeping and waking up and living surrounded by nature. The Cabana is extremely comfortable, beautiful and well cared for. Rogério is always very helpful and available. We'll be back for sure.

We were wonderfully welcomed by Constanza and Alexandro, we felt comfortable. The environment immediately has us more, quiet and a little isolated while enjoying the amenities. To access the accommodation, a short 3-minute walk, the car remained in a shaded and safe parking lot, in Trindade, it's safe everywhere and peace and love, in any case at this time when it's less frequented, it's even the best time to come because, it's still a real summer ++, heat during the day, cool at night to sleep well. We were charmed by the bucolic and tropical side. Ideal for admiring the lush nature in the hammocks. In the accommodation, with beautiful bay windows, it was perfect, clean and tidy. We took advantage of the breakfast offered, not to be missed! Around, there are supermarkets, and restaurants with their feet in the sand, the dream. It was an enchanted interlude, a huge OBRIGADA to Constanza and Alex who made this moment +++ We miss you

really nice place, nice setting amongst the forest. bit if a walk into town maybe 15 mins and quite hilly, didn't bother us but just something to be aware of. really nice hearing the waves crash at night. great value for money and Lucas was a great help along the way

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the chalet! The location is just perfect. The balcony is a real highlight – it was a great pleasure to enjoy a good wine there, with that spectacular view of the sea. In addition, we greatly appreciate the convenience of having great restaurants within walking distance. Paulo was super friendly and extremely helpful at all times.
