This is the second time we've stayed at Claire's and we had a very nice weekend again. You will feel very good in this beautiful house, with hosts who will be welcoming and flexible. Don't hesitate if you pass by, you won't regret it!

I recommend this rental, the house and the garden are great! We enjoyed the barbecue and the jacuzzi. We were 7 adults and 1 baby and had a great stay! Clémentine was very welcoming and the exchanges were easy!

This is the perfect spot for the 24 hours. TGV station, City Center and race track are all on the same tram line which is a very short walk. Had a nice little backyard with BBQ and table to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Margo was very easy to reach and always responded quickly to any messages. We enjoyed her home so much that we are planning to stay there again for a future race.

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

Excellent stay, quiet! The pool is small but very nice, the view of the lake is idyllic. The house is clean and functional. Attention the two bedrooms follow one another, so you have to go through one to reach the other. And finally, maybe there was a little lack of dishes (just a small stove for example) but overall it was a beautiful stay!

Eric was a great host. The house was perfect in a quiet location. The outside space was the highlight. There isn’t too much about within walking distance but Le Mans is within easy driving distance. It worked perfectly as a base for the 24 hour race. Hope we can stay here again

Our stay at Villa Victoria was for the 24hr Le Mans. We have been visiting this region for 20 years plus and have never found a place as good as this. Arlette was the most amazing host and so helpful when one of our party fell ill, for a couple of days, nothing was too much bother. The Villa was extremely well appointed with the looks of traditional French decor rooms were large and spotless all the group slept well and were very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax and beautiful manicured gardens. The village and the shops were amazing and people so friendly. We will definitely be returning if Arlette will have us.

Impeccable accommodation located at the end of a path in the countryside. The environment is conducive to rest and relaxation. Benoît is very available. It met our expectations. We had a very pleasant weekend!

Very nice hosting by Jacky. Arranging for hours. Very quiet place, it is an open-air aviary. The area is very beautiful. Many paths for family walks. The village of Sainte Suzanne is beautiful and there are several activities around. Great weekend, we'll be happy to come back.

Great communication from Pascal and Martine. Property is set in a lovely part of the country close enough to Teloche and Le Mans for shops etc but far enough away that there is no disturbances. Sitting outside in the evening with the birds tweeting away was very relaxing. Property had all the appliances you need for your stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank You John

This is the second time we've been to Gérard's. It's a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thank you Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Many thanks for your hospitality, Josiane. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely weekend of family reunion. The Orangerie de la Calvinière is very nice for two families. The accommodation is very comfortable and warm in every way: Thierry and Marion's welcome, the cleanliness of the accommodation, the quality of the amenities including a well heated house when the weather is rainy! We highly recommend this place to relax, share good times and enjoy nature.

great setting , peaceful , pleasant accommodation, full and clean bathroom. We were the first tenants of the summer season, Mark had prepared the accommodation as best as possible . Despite a small electric quack beyond his control, he was able to find us a solution. it's very available . We will undoubtedly be back.

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this true haven of peace! As soon as we arrived, we were charmed by the beauty and tranquility of the place. The kids immediately felt comfortable thanks to the many activities offered. Every day was a new adventure, filled with discoveries and laughter. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everyone had a great time. We particularly appreciated the green spaces and relaxation areas that allowed parents to relax while the children had fun safely. Our 2 golden retrievers felt like they were at Disneyland in this enchanting setting with 2 guardian angels, Paul and Lesley, to pamper them during our absences. This stay was a real breath of fresh air, and we leave with wonderful memories. We warmly recommend this place to all families!

Very well equipped accommodation, as much on the kitchen as in tourist documents and even in board games and books. Enclosed garden which is very reassuring when you have small children. Comfortable bedding. The environment of the accommodation is very nice and quiet. Very good stay, we hope to come back but longer.
