The house is located in a small hamlet in the village of Séez, 3 km from Les Arcs–Bourg-Saint-Maurice TGV station. and on the road to La Rosière, an international ski resort straddling France and Italy Regardless of the length of your stay, we can pick you up at the TGV station and help you with your ski equipment.

The house is in an ideal geographical context because it is close to the city center and at the same time in a very quiet place surrounded by greenery on the first hill of Aosta. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the price includes all expenses including final cleaning. In July and August, if there is a free week, I do not rent for less than 5 days... I apologize...

The accommodation is arranged on two floors: on the lower floor there is the living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need and a 2-seater sofa bed and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower and washing machine.
