Waterfront holiday rentals in Cesarica

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Andrej und Antonia war großartig - wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Beide sind sehr gute Gastgeber, wir haben uns sofort wohl und herzlich Willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft sah 1:1 aus wie auf den Fotos, war sehr sauber und man sieht wie viel Zeit und Mühe die beiden investieren, damit alles gepflegt ist und ihre Gäste sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt haben beide sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung ausgesprochen. Wir empfehlen jedem, der nach Rab reist, einen Aufenthalt bei Andrej und Antonia :)

Very communicative and lovely host. She gave nice recommendations en we had great contact. We enjoyed the swimming and our own entrance to the sea a lot! Definitely go to Beach Jadra down the road if you stay here. It's very beautiful and close to the house. You can park there and enjoy a day at the beach. Bring some pillows because of the rocks ;). We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

A perfect stay for the sun lovers and people who want to relax on the beach. A very friendly neighbourhood where you feel safe and secure with even leaving your door open! Comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. Would highly recommend for an easy relaxed stay with easy access to restaurants and bars

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Marijana ist eine herzliche und sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Lage einfach traumhaft! Vom schönen Balkon direkte Meersicht, zu Fuss ist das Meer in 3 Minuten erreicht. Sehr ruhige Lage!

Wir (eine fünfköpfige Familie) haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt in Damirs Poolhaus. Der Ausblick und der Pool sind absolutes Highlight. Unsere 3 Kinder waren nicht so sehr an Ausflügen interessiert, so dass wir viel Zeit im Pool verbracht haben - was einem bei dieser Location aber auch absolut nicht schwer fällt. :) Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig gut machbar und ein Sandstrand so auch erreichbar. Der Rückweg in großer Hitze ist für die Kids jedoch etwas anstrengend. Das Haus an sich bietet alles was man braucht - und wenn etwas fehlt ist Damir jederzeit erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Ardans place by the river was very pretty with a great location by the river. Perfect outdoor area for hanging out and making a barbecue. The indoors is also very spacious and had everything we needed. Theres no stores in a walkable distance, but everything neccessary was nearby with a car. The wider area is filled with amazings sites and places to visit with a car, and Ardans home was perfect for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The overall experience was cozy and amazing. Would recommend! P.S. We didnt have kids, but for any parents with small kids planning a trip, there were lots of toys and a spacious yard :D

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Marko ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und die Wohnung wunderschön, in perfekter Lage direkt am Meer!

Skvělé ubytování, místo, pláž u apartmánu, poloha apartmánu. Jediný problém byl se sousedy nad námi, kteří bohužel nedokázali dodržet noční klid a tak 2 noci byly s přerušovaným spánkem. Na druhou stranu noční život k tomuto městu asi aktuálně patří :-)

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, aber ruhig genug, um erholsame Nächte zu genießen. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch: Klimaanlage, schnelles WLAN. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Zadar – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Es war ein sehr netter Aufenthalt. Alles, was man - in unserem Fall - für einen Kurzurlaub am Meer braucht, war vorhanden. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation (auf Englisch) mit Alan (Markos Bruder), der quasi immer unaufdringlich zur Verfügung stand. Vollste Empfehlung von unserer Seite! Ich reise sehr glücklich wieder zurück - mein kleiner Urlaub in Zaglav bei Petra war perfekt. Petra ist eine super liebe Person, die mir vorher schon hilfreiche Tipps zur Fähre gegeben hat. Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!

O apartamento tem uma vista incrível e fica muito bem localizado. Nosso Check-in foi antecipado, o que nos ajudou muito. A anfitriã foi muito gentil conosco.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die Lage ist super. Man kann direkt an den Strand oder in den Pool. Die Sonnenuntergänge am Balkon sind wirklich einmalig.
