I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. There are spiral stairs to the first floor apartment. You have the apartment all to yourself, your own entrance. Quiet hours are requested from 22.00-06.00. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a private parking place in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage right next to the apartment for a fee. Downtown about 8 minutes on foot. Lidl and Peny stores approx. 5 minutes walk. Cyclists welcome. 4 bikes are available for free. Tips for nearby getaways. Check out my guidebook. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Our apartment is located in the Liberec Region, 5 km from Jablonné in Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. This is important to know at the beginning. We are not anonymous landlords, we are a nice family with small children and you will surely meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, there is peace, fresh air, diverse nature and many tourist destinations in the area.

The apartment is on the loft floor of a family house. The entire loft is accessible through a separate entrance. This is a complete apartment that can be used year-round. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other appliances are partially preserved, in part it is restored. Beds have new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.

Malé změny dělají celek. Celek pak prezentuje naplněné sny. Snažíme se udržet hodnotu historie, kterou hledáme pod nánosy jílu, barev, obkladů a listí. Vize je ale jasná. Tu jsme napsali hned na začátku a držíme se ji mozoly i odřeninami. Prostě: "Cimra bude. Nový projekt. Starý dům. Krásné místo. Prostor snům." Ubytování v 200 let starém domě na pomezí Lužických hor, Českého středohoří, Labských pískovců a České Švýcarska.
