Holiday rentals with lake access in Česká Lípa District

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and high-quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight - especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable from the beginning and will definitely come back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

We were 4 girls visiting this lovely cottage in the Jizerské Mountains and absolutely loved it! The living room and kitchen were even cozier and more beautiful than in the photos. The host was very friendly and responsive - there’s a CZK 5,000 deposit, so you’ll meet him for check-in and check-out. He built the place himself, and you can feel how proud he is of it. One sauna session is included in the price of accommodation, and any additional sessions are for CZK 800. The sauna is hot and relaxing, and the little cooling pond is amazing. It’s shared with a smaller cottage next door, so you have to book in advance (we were lucky and had it all to ourselves). Soft bathrobes and sheets for the sauna are provided. The beds and pillows were comfy - maybe a bit soft, but we didn’t mind. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We weren’t sure if the microwave also worked as an oven, but that was the only thing we couldn’t figure out. We loved the place.

Our second stay in Blue Lake House and we enjoyed it once again. Beautiful lake and (almost) all on our own. Perfect place to calm down and relax

The apartment is perfect to visit Dresden or Prague by car.

We had a very nice stay at this cottage! Everything was exactly as described – cozy, very clean and simple, but well equipped. Communication with the host was fast, friendly and always helpful. The fireplace provided cozy warmth and a particularly cozy atmosphere in the evening. Central heating would have been available on request, but we didn't need it. The problem with the shower mentioned in previous reviews seems to have been resolved in the meantime – showering worked without any problems for us, with a constantly pleasant water temperature. The small kitchen with the 2-burner stove was, as described, absolutely sufficient for simple dishes. The surroundings were very quiet - the seaside resort was not yet in operation, which contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. Overall a completely successful stay! We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the house.

Very beautiful neighborhood. Ladislav responded quickly and factually to all questions. He also allowed us to leave the house 2 hours later, which gave us the extra bike tour on the day of checkout. I recommend this place for people with children for hiking and biking. We'd love to come again.

Thank you!..It was a good vacation in the wonderful Bohemian region. Despite the rainy weather throughout our stay in Jabłonka nad Nysą, we were able to feel the warmth of family in this house, to be together after a long separation. It felt like we were at home. Good living conditions, pleasant, tastefully made interior of the house, there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay of the family. The city in this part of Yablonec nad Nisou looks like a garden or a magical park. I was pleased with the lake and the park for recreation, where there is a small playground for children, as well as sports equipment for adults. And all this is close to the house, which is extremely pleasant, because you do not have to search for a long time. During our stay, we managed to visit a wonderful museum of glass and jewelry...

The stay with Sergiy was very pleasant. The apartment is beautifully located in nature and offers plenty of peace and quiet. The parking garage and Sergiy himself are particularly positive – he was always quickly accessible and very helpful. The apartment was a little hard to find the first time, but Sergiy helped us with good directions. A small minus point: There was no TV. Otherwise, a nice, clean apartment, ideal for those who want to relax a little away from the hustle and bustle.

Absolutely great accommodation in a modern apartment near Máchov jezar. Great for walks and rides nearby, not far from good restaurants. The modernly equipped apartment offers complete comfort. I highly recommend it for families.

We stayed only for 2 nights and were mostly gone for days, but the place was very nice, clean, there was everything we needed. The housewife is very kind and always available. Thanks, and we recommend. ☺️

Amenities as specified by the host. Small fridge, kettle, microwave and a little crockery/cutlery are provided. Furniture is basic but functional. Door to the outside is only separated with a glass window/frosted glass - a little unusual. Homeowner has a dog and also the neighbors on the street have dogs. As a result, of course, barking can always be heard.

This stay was truly exceptional. A quiet and pleasant environment to relax, lots of places to go with even the possibility of borrowing bikes. When it comes to the accommodation directly,.. I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back and enjoy the same comfort here as we are now.

Everything was perfectly fine , the place was clean , everything was new and flawless , we had enough and nothing was missing . The host was kind , always quick to respond to messages, and anything we needed was available , we can only recommend the place.

Great place located just by the singletracks (Singltrek pod Smrkem). Best location for mountain biking. Spacious house with private lake and sauna located on the property. Ideal place for families and MTB enthusiasts.

We had an amazing stay, the house is spacious and at a perfect place. The surroundings are beautiful and with a short drive you can visit great hikes through nature. At arrival we were positively surprised by a free car charger at the private double parking space right in front of the house. This was perfect as we arrived by electric car. The house was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. A nice outside seating area with a garden that was well maintained and within nice scenery finished the perfect few days. Absolutely would recommend!

I highly recommend this charming house! Super nice location with private access to the lake- very generous provision of kayaks and bikes- very uncomplicated and accommodating communication. We were a larger group and were all very comfortable - everyone came to their cost- kids, adults, dog... the area is also beautiful and you can both spend a quiet and active vacation. Great compliment !

The cottage is very cozy, clean, well-appointed and has everything you need. We had the best time staying the extended weekend here. Beautiful outdoor area and the two stoves are also great. Radek as host was always friendly and accommodating. Glad to come back!

We were with a larger group of friends at Ingrid's accommodation. The house with the property is fantastic. Remote, quiet but still close to excursions, restaurants and supermarkets. The place is as described and very well equipped. Check-in was flexible and straightforward. Contact with Ingrid was always quick and friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time here! We especially enjoyed the sauna very much. We were able to spend great evenings in the large kitchen and the cozy living room. Due to the quiet location, we were able to relax wonderfully after beautiful hours in the snow! Thank you for the wonderful time!
