Villa Albatros is definitely exceptional in all respects - it offers stylish accommodation, ideal for group trips or family stays with children. It is absolutely ideal for golf lovers, the villa is located in the center of the Malevil golf resort and is also suitable for corporate stays in the beautiful surroundings of the Lusatian Mountains. The old farmhouse refers to the local traditional architecture. The house has a really large plot of land with lots of greenery and fruit trees. The garden has a beautiful view of the Ronov and Vlhošť hills. The house is located in the village square, but it has a closed courtyard, and therefore offers proper privacy and absolute peace. A stream flows through the village square and there is a children's playground. Janovice is a historic village, which is still on an oval medieval floor plan and the whole village is a village conservation area.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The accommodation is located in a small town near Bezděz Castle, Houska Castle, Kokořín Castle, Lake Mácha, Bělá swimming pool... and many other tourist attractions. A short distance from the accommodation is also a leisure area, which includes a mini zoo, an in-line track, a large playground, a lookout tower and a restaurant. In addition to the rich nature, the town of Mladá Boleslav is nearby, where the Škoda Auto Museum and the Aviation Museum are a great attraction.

Perfect for outdoor activities and rest. Caution! In winter, the driveway is often very snowy!!

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
